This Inn has an attention to detail aimed at making sure your stay is comfortable and the staff are willing to help in a friendly and respectful manner - they are simply outstanding at what they do. The reception, with champagne, morning breakfasts, evening wine and cheese - all exceeded our expectations. And the staff are customer focused and attentive but polite and professional with a willingness to help and serve seldom encountered in this world.

Everything was first class. Love the complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival. There was some confusion about our room, but it was rectified rather quickly, accompanied by a note from the manager for the inconvenience.

The French Quarter Inn was a lovely hotel, full of charm and style in a wonderful, very conveniently located part of the downtown. Our room was quiet, very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast which was included, was very good. If I had to make any recommendations it would be perhaps for brighter lighting and a stool for the bathroom and some more variety of local bread, such as cornbread for the breakfasts. The hotel also offered a daily complementary wine and cheese in the afternoon and cookies, tea, coffee in the evening. This was a lovely touch! Furthermore, I would like to highlight the outstanding cleaning staff and the person doing the turn down services! Thank you as well to the gentleman that helped my friend and I with securing an Uber on our last day. He went out of his way to help us. We also had wonderful service and recommendations from the various staff members throughout our stay. Much appreciated! We loved the surprise bottle of wine with a nice card they gave as as VIP Expedia member. Beautiful hotel in a great location, walking distance to attractions, restaurants and shopps. The staff were very nice. There was a couple, husband and wife serving breakfast, extremely helpful and nice!. The breakfast was nice. We definitely loved the happy hour appetizers and drinks-huge variety of food and wines. Later they serve warm cookies with cold milk- best ever! The room had a machine uding uv lite to sanitize our phones, sound machine, I cant even list all the things this place has to offer. Then at nigh a nice lady came to the room to bring us chocolates and water. The hotel has tea, coffee and water 24/7. I can't say enough about this place, amazing!
