We were in town for a short stay I don’t have anything to say about the staff, as we did not really deal with much of them, but the room was not clean. The couch had a stain that was sticky. One of the bathroom curtains had toothpaste smeared to it. Multiple spiders in the corners of the bedrooms. The kitchen table was dirty and had crumbs and stains on it. The curtains in one of the bedrooms had a splash stain on it. There was a clothing sticker stuck onto the wall, like someone just pulled it off a pair of jeans and stuck it on the wall. The thermostats was literally hanging off the wall. I didn’t take a photo of everything just quick stuff as I noticed it. We haven’t really ever had a bad experience at a hotel or stayed in one that was dirty until now the walls look very scratched up. There was urine in one of the toilets and wasn’t flushed, I could go on. For having to pay at $250 deposit, which is more than we have had to pay at five star hotels we were shocked at the level of cleanliness we’ll lack there if we will not be back.

The rooms are super nice and equipped. The pool isn’t open too late which sucks for the weekends, but a very nice pool and area.

The only negative is that you could definitely smell dogs from previous occupants and the area under the pull out bed was dirty. There was still food underneath it. Room was bery spacious.

We really liked the extra activities available on the property. The pool and basketball court made for some great family time in between the basketball tournament games, the reason for our stay. Our room was nice, but did have a strange odor. The breakfast was decent, hot items available along with standard cold items as well. Overall we were very pleased with the location, price and convenience of the area. Would definitely stay again!
