This property is in a great location. Easy access to ferry which is literally right across the street! Dining & shopping within a couple of streets. The hotel has a great breakfast. The property itself can use a little updating. I also was surprised that we never received a wash cloth in the room. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that did not offer a wash cloth. I also left the empty box of tissues on the bed hoping to get it replaced with a new box but never received a new one. These might be small inconvenience’s but it is something that shouldn’t be overlooked when in the service industry.

Excellent location Staff were very friendly. Room was nothing special , clean and decent size. Bed was very comfortable. Something was happening beside our room that was very noisy for 30-45 minutes at night , like construction. Breakfast was very decent.

The Palace Hotel was in excellent location, close to ferry terminal, shops and restaurants. Rooms had beautiful view of Cathedral. Breakfast was excellent.

Central to getting around Lake Como and around the Lake due to its proximity to the boat taxis just a short walk. The room service food was delicious and everyone we talked to at the front desk was very helpful.

The Palace Hotel was amazing, so close to the ferry station, shopping and restaurants. The staff were very accommodating and polite and even had my clothes laundered late Friday afternoon when they are closed on the weekend. I would highly recommend this hotel to stay in Como.

The bedding is terrible for a nice hotel. Wool blankets and a low thread count. Rooms are incredibly old and bathroom dated. Staff was not helpful at all. They were rude. It was an awful experience not worth the money.
