You may not want the Sandman to enter on your vacation fun because you won’t want to sleep and miss a minute of your vacation when you stay in this extra special home. Elegant and timeless in appeal, this fabulous oceanfront estate is ready to make your vacation dreams come true. The great room and top level sitting area with their floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach and beyond take your breath away - this is one of the best oceanfront views on the beach. The wraparound porch, private decks, hardwood floors, private pool, hot tub and fantastic ocean views make this home a special place for you and your family to enjoy year after year.

Ground Level: Enter from the carport to a large den with a large smart HDTV, wet bar with full-size refrigerator. The access to the pool area, a convenient half bath, and a King bedroom that shares a bath with a room with 2 pyramid bunk beds are found on this level.

Mid Level: The hardwood floors and window-lined great room are just two of the best features of this level. In the living area you will find comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, 65” smart HDTV. The open kitchen allows everyone to stay in touch and not miss out on any fun while preparing meals. There are two dining areas and a screened porch. You will also find a half bath, a bedroom with King bed that has an oceanfront deck and a bedroom with King Bed, a private north facing deck (still with ocean views!). These 2 bedrooms share a bath. The laundry area is on this level too.

Top Level: As if the first two levels weren't enough, this level with its 2 King main bedrooms is the icing on the cake! One of the masters offers a large tile bath with whirlpool tub and a private oceanfront deck. There are 2 sitting areas, one on the west side and one on the east side. Both offer comfortable seating and a relaxing atmosphere - oh, and did I mention the views?! You will also find the 3rd half bath here.

Amenities: Private unheated Pool (2024 Pool Dates: May 1st-mid October, Hot Tub, Gas Fireplace, High Speed Internet, 2 TV, Books, Wet Bar, Whirlpool Tub, Screened Porch. Gas Grill.

For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available.
This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.
Fireplaces are available from November 1st through April 1st.
The pool is open from the end of April through mid-October.

Gorgeous House w/ an amazing view!!!
House was perfect for our stay, with the most amazing view from the main floor (2nd) out the large beachfront windows. Top deck gave a full view of the beach, and the private entry walkway gave amazingly easy access! Overall was a great week!

Beautiful house with a perfect location
Perfect location. Beautiful house. Gorgeous views from each window. Distance from house to the beach was so convenient, especially with two littles. Was provided with plenty of towels, linens and starter trash bags/detergent. Only cons - furniture was outdated, and master beds were extremely squeaky, and it lacked outdoor porch/pool furniture. Would recommend getting taller chairs for outside to be able to see the beach over the railings. Overall, this house was perfect for our family needs and we would definitely rent again!

Overall great location an home. Only issue is the guest information booklet needs updating (conflicting info with notes of refrigerator). Had to contact guest management to resolve trash and check out instructions.

Family trip
Home is lovely with great layout and wonderful location on the beach. However, we felt there needs to have some ‘updating’ done. ...the family room couches are very worn and dirty....not the kind you want to even sit on. The kitchen was very disorganized...someone needs to go through all the pans, utensils, etc.. & sort out ones that are broken and replace. The beds were comfortable and we liked that the sheets had been washed by a laundry. However, the blankets left in closet were old and moth eaten, so not useable. The owners/property management need to provide lightweight comforters that can be easily laundered. Also, the back pool area was very dirty when we arrived and we spent a good hour cleaning up leaves and other debris, including ‘lodged’ in the sliding glass door before we felt comfortable using. We would stay at this property again because of it’s location and layout if the above ‘problems’ were addressed.

Great vacation
Overall a very nice place to stay. Inside of house was very clean. The outside deck railings and siding were covered with spider webs. The master bed shower had very low water pressure/volume. Also the master bedroom was much warmer than the rest of the house . Had to go to the hardware store to buy a fan to be able to sleep in the room.
