When we checked in, the room he gave us had not been cleaned. He gave us a different room that was clean. The room had a humidifier running in it. The bed was nice and bathroom was clean. The next day I ask the cleaning lady for extra towels and was told no! I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. I will not stay at the Baymont Inn at Crossville again!

This property is very dated and needs an updrade. The carpet in the room looked new but everything else needed replaced.

The property was musty, dirty, dark and old. Bare 1x10 boards nailed along the hall floor was some kind of repair. The hallway had a water leak with a ceiling tile on the carpet. The room was the above with dirty grout and carpet. The room card reader on the outer door at the end of the hall didn’t work so the door was unlocked at all times. I reported this to the desk clerk who likely owned the hotel. There was black mold along the pool and hot tub. Book elsewhere.

The manager did everything he could to make our stay good. If we had needed it, he even offered to help us get our things to our room. He was friendly and courteous. The motel was quiet and the breakfast was good.

upon driving in from the highway the property appears abandoned. It’s old but pretty clean . The lobby area is unique and decorated like a funeral home with artificial flower arrangements. To be “green” they change the sheets and towels every 3 days but use styrofoam plates and cups for the breakfast offered. It was quiet in the room and the bed was comfortable.

Do not stay here.
Someone was cooking food in the fitness room. It smelled of curry. The room was dirty. Fresh blood/stain on the bedspread which we took to the front desk to get a replacement. The bathroom was filthy and you could see pink bacteria in the shower. We did not even eat breakfast here due to it being dirty in our room and not trusting eating there. We couldn't wait to leave -- it was a one-night stay on the way to our destination.
