We have stayed at the Seagate 4 of the last 5 years. We have stayed as many as 10 days. On the last 2 trips we brought other couples with us. They stayed at the Seagate based on our high recommendation. We went this year and were deeply disappointed in the property’s condition. It was under an extensive renovation that was not only loud but was filthy. Workers footprints and dust was everywhere in the facility. We were woken each morning to power drills vibrating the walls & ceilings of our room and the hallway. There was no lobby or Beach Club dining facility. The staff repeatedly complained about being short staffed. That almost everyone was laid off and all were overworked. The only shining star was their onsite restaurant. Best food and service we have ever had at the Seagate. We were planning an April 2025 trip and were bringing our daughter and her family. I know that the renovations are supposed to be completed by then but the last trip so miserable, we may be moving on.

The Seagate is in an ideal location of beautiful Delray Beach within easy walking access of the beach and numerous fine restaurants and artsy cafes. I love the Delray Atlantic Ave area. It is clean and beautiful and has a artsy/eclectic feel. The hotel is under renovation now but has made it easy to access the beach club and pool. The drinks and food were quite expensive at the club and that was the only thing that raised an eyebrow. The hotel room was beautiful and we enjoyed the balcony and amenities. Would be nice if the rooms had a usb outlet for electronics. We were offered free champagne and cocktails which was nice to make up for the price of the drinks we did purchase. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting beautiful Delray Beach whether for a girl's weekend, solo or a family trip. Can't wait to see how the renovations turn out!

Overall a nice hotel, although since they are in the process of renovating, it was hard to tell. The staff were very nice and helpful. Didn't get a chance to use their beach facility. I did enjoy their restaurant a few years ago. The little pop up coffee area was adequate and coffee was pretty good - so I was happy.

The hotel was under major renovations and we went for our one year anniversary. We had spa services that weren’t out until 12:30pm yet they wanted us out at 12. We were woken with loud construction at 8 am so it kind of impaired the romanticism. No ine seemed interested in trying to improve our experience either
