チェックイン時に予約が入っていないと言われ、Hotels.com と確認するも予約は存在しており、原因分からないまま1時間以上待たされ、とりあえず仮のチェックインをさせてくれるという話になるも、予約した部屋が無いという事でまた20分程待たされ、やっとアップグレードしてvillaタイプの部屋に案内されました。 まあ、以上の事は事故としてホテル側の好意でアップグレードしてくれたのでチャラとしましょう。 良い点 このエリアでは唯一の高級ホテルで、梅里雪山飛来寺観景台の隣でレストランや売店も近くに色々あり、飛来寺にも歩いて行けるなど立地も抜群。 お風呂のお湯の勢いと温度、シャワーの圧は十分、石鹸類にはLoccitaneを採用など、アメニティーも充実。 トラブル対応に出てきたホテルマンはしっかりと対応してくれ、流石5つ星、と思えました。 要改善点 カーテンがネバネバしていて触った後に手を洗う必要があり、シーツもシワや汚れが有り、5つ星ホテルとしての清潔さに少し疑念を抱く。 チェックイン時に対応した若者は「Checkin please 」という一番必要且つ簡単な英語にすら意味不明な反応をし、5つ星ホテルマンとして大丈夫だろうか…？ いずれにしても、このエリアで唯一の５つ星ホテルなので、もう少し頑張って欲しいと思います。 余談ですが、このホテルから出て直ぐ（観景台のほぼ正面）にある梅里风味园で食べた牦牛火锅は最高に美味しかったです。

旁邊正正是飛來寺，方便，酒店沐浴套装用的是l'occitane，非常赞，早餐位置已經看到日照金山，員工熱能 誠款待，也要赞赞呢
