Heater wasn’t working. Was offered a space heater that was broken. For three nights I was shivering at night time and had to take a hot shower to warm up. Called to complain but got nothing from the team.

Linda was absolutely amazing. From when I checked in to any questions I had up until I checked out. When I would pass by the front desk she was always smiling and would say hi to check if everything was okay. She is absolutely amazing and so welcoming. Everything was great..room, food, drinks, parking, bed….but the service …from the front desk ladies, the staff in the lounge, also at breakfast, and other staff we encountered…were genuinely so friendly and nice. I wish I would have gotten all of their names. Stayed August 31 for one night. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!
