The room was very basicwhich was ok, and it was clean. But it was dark and I couldn't open the shades since it the room faced an office building across the street. The bathroom had nowhere to put toiletries - the vanity was very small and there were no shelves to compensate. The room was freezing cold even turning the AC off completely didn't help much. No restaurant and nothing nearby that was convenient. On my last morning I realized they had removed the coffee maker from my room - not idea why - but that another added inconvenience.

I didn’t know I had to pay for parking and there isn’t ’ any self parking only valet parking for hotel so you can’t get around it but over $40 per night for guest seems a bit steep. I suppose because it’s downtown that’s why. Other than that hotel is beautiful and front desk staff was nice.

Loved this property. From the time you pull up the staff were attentive. When you walk in the small makes you feel like you’re in an all inclusive resort in the Caribbean. Rooms are clean & have everything you need. The property also has laundry service- do it yourself, which we took advantage of. Staff were so pleasant & helpful. Will definitely be back!!!
