I was deffiently skeptical about the emails I got before check in and almost cancelled. But this really isn’t a hotel with a front desk so follow the instructions and you will get a GREAT room in an AWESOME location

Un désastre!
Pire expérience! Tout d’abord essayez d’avoir les clés etait tout un defi! Le numero pour joindre les gens sont a moitié sur What’s app moitié un téléphone qui repond une fois sur deux. On doit attendre en arriere de l’édifice, si vous parlez francais oubliez le projet! La femme de menage est arrivée 30 minutes apres notre arrivée. Pas de débarbouillette, pas de papier de toilette!!! Douillette tachée de sang, ancienne serviette du locataire précédent souillé dans le garde-robe! Bain et lavabo sale! La vue est magnifique mais vous la verrez toute la nuit car il manque le 3/4 des languettes de store! PLUS JAMAIS! Nous avons dormi habillé car les draps n’ont pas été changés!

*IF YOU'RE CONSIDEING ANY OF THESE PROPERTIES, READ this REVIEW.* Check-in process needs work. There's no reason they need a copy of a passport or ID. I showed my ID when we checked in to verify my identity. Security deposit $300 provided. It's now 12 days since check-out and deposit has not been returned despite reaching out to them twice. The condo unit has a long list of things that are broken or dirty. I took photos when we arrived to have date/time stamp to document existing conditions prior to our arrival. These include damaged floorboards, broken mirror and non-functioning fridge/freezer. Added stresses I don't need when I'm travelling.

Read other people's poor experiences before staying here and prepared for the worst but I'm happy to say my stay went well. Check-in was a little confusing at first but once the person met us on sight and we received the key the rest of the experience went smoothly. Ideal location in the heart of Downtown, functional space, great balcony view of the city. Would enjoy staying here again.

NOT a hotel; this is a suite within a residential high-rise. Check-in is confusing and complicated and not explained until after the scheduled check-in time. The water in the building was shut off for an entire day without any advance warning and, from the evening before, there was no hot water. The bed was broken and it was only possible to sleep on one side. Any efforts to communicate with the property went unacknowledged. Do not stay here.

The Bay Suites is a total scam. I booked a suite and paid but when we arrived, they said it was not available. They tried to push me off at some other location halfway across the city instead. They were rude and unhelpful. They don’t speak English. The worst stereotype of Asian thugs you could come across online. DON’T DO IT!!

Never got checked in ,3 different locations ,wasted 2 hours of our time time, had to bail and go to the sporting event we were in town to see. Parked our car in a lot and drove to newmarket for accomodation after the event last night. Requesting a full refund. We thought we were booking a hotel room and paid in advance. No indication of a third party renting out condos. Badly misrepresented on the websight by Hotels .com

We showed up to the property and the floors were all lifted up-and-coming apart. All of the carpets were originally white but were stained Gray with black patches all over the place. The cooking utensils were disgusting. There was vents hanging from the ceiling, and there was about one inch of dust on the ceiling fan in the bathrooms, which we had to clean because it was disgusting. Also there was scratches and chunk of drywall missing on the walls, cracks in the ceiling and the living room t.v didnt work aswell as the remotes had no batteries. We showed up and asked for our money back which they offered ZERO DOLLARS BACK. I will never book through bay suites or expedia ever again. Im a gold member and have used them for a long time but never again. They also only have 1 key for 3 people which was super annoying. Also there were garbage bags all over the balcony and stains aswell.

When you enter the place there was an unbearable smell of chemical or disinfectant was difficult to sleep without the window open the window so I had a lot of noise at night to sleep but it was either honor or noise prefer noise . I also did not like that the shower curtain had fungus, the carpet in the room where I slept was filthy, the mattress where I slept soft and everything seemed very little care. the best of all was the washing machine and dryer very good, but the rest did not seem well maintained. The building beautiful the location excellent , the room place was not up to the level of neither the building nor the advertisement . Poorly maintained

We had trouble accessing the suits the first night. The apartment was not as clean as we would have hoped. The carpet was incredibly stained, the walls had dirt and there was a massive pile of garbage on the patio. The apartment needs a deep clean. The location is amazing.

A one night stay turned into a debacle. The property was advertised as a hotel on Expedia, which is why I booked the stay. Expedia should also do a better job of explaining and clearly defining checkin processes and not as an after thought in special instructions. Upon arriving at the property I realized it definitely was not a hotel. The security guards could not help me, but it was not their fault, they do not work for the company. He was kind enough to contact the managing company for the rental property. They got back to me about 40 minutes later. They asked to met up at 5pm for checkin around the corner from the property. A gentleman met us to give us the key to our first room and the wifi info. We proceeded up to our first room. As we walk into the first room, which clearly had not been cleaned, I received a call from the management company. They informed me that the room had not been cleaned and would need me to head back down to allow housekeeping to get into the room. He asked me to come back at 6:30pm. I was furious. I explained we were only going to be in the room for one evening. He tried to offer a late 2pm check out. He didnt seem to understand that we would be leaving at 4am and a late check out wouldn't help out. We left the first room and i asked him to get us another room. It took an additional 20 minutes to get into our second room. It is now 5:40pm when we get into a disaster of a second room. The room was clean, but there was extensive damage to all areas

The apartment was clean, fully equipped with all the necessary tools. Right in the middle of downtown. Had beautiful view of the downtown and and Toronto tower. Rebeca was super nice and supportive. We didn’t pay the security deposit. I definitely recommend it and will come again
