The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We spent 3 days in Vancouver after an Alaska cruise. The service at the hotel was outstanding. We were permitted to check in early after departing the ship. The concierge helped us book a city tour and a bus trip to Whistler Mountain. We hope to stay there again very soon.

Great location. Housekeeping and restaurant (Notch8) staffs were excellent. Front desk (check-in / check-out) was below par. I was surprised that I had to self-register my car for parking, I was aware of the fee, but this was the first time I had to self-register my car for parking at any hotels. I thought this was a five-star hotel.

Extremely friendly staff that welcomed me at the Club level the moment I arrived. Great room. Spacious, clean, well furnished, I was fortunate to be right next to dining area on 9th floor. All of the front of house staff were courteous and attentive. The house keeping staff on my floor were always pleasant and greeted me whenever I passed through the hallways. I felt very welcomed. The rooms were impeccable. I will most certainly return!
