went the extra mile for pet owners. room had dog bowls a dog bed and a treat for our dog. was very considerate. comfy beds. beautiful hotel. only drawback was the chain smoking couple sitting right outside the back entrance like it was their backyard

The suite was nice. A bit run down-wallpaper peeling at door, bed lumpy. Had the sleep spa on one bed-but no instructions so when it was pressed accidentally by my kids, there was no way to turn it off-it had to run through its program. Front lobby smelled like wet/dirty dog (*note: pet friendly hotel). The pictures online are deceiving- there is no hot tub, even though a picture looks like it has one. There is also not the same playground as in the pictures. We were excited to let our kids play on it after a long drive, only to find it was replaced by a plastic structure suitable for max age 3. Food was good. Workers there severed you the hot food-something that was unexpected.
