An exquisite gem in Sanderling! This 5 bedroom/ 4 bathroom semi-oceanfront home has everything to offer for a delightful family vacation.

The bright and spacious great room has beautiful white oak floors, coastal high-end furnishings, a gas fireplace and large windows with mesmerizing ocean views. The kitchen has gorgeous granite countertops, stylish cabinets, new appliances and a bonus deck through sliding glass doors, perfect for enjoying sunsets and star-gazing. Enjoy ocean views, salty air and sea breezes from the oceanside sun deck and from the spacious screened porch with vaulted ceiling and gas fireplace extend the days in this well-designed and well-appointed space. The five bedrooms, including 2 masters, and four full bathrooms are handsomely decorated and offer comfort and privacy. The first level cozy den is a relaxing quiet space and offers a wet bar, ice maker, and beverage refrigerator. On the ground level there is another refrigerator. Covered parking is available on concrete under the house as well as the concrete driveway and carpark.

Sanderling is a nature conscious community by the sea. Located in a bird sanctuary, 'Shore Enough' provides a perfect spot for viewing wildlife. While sitting out on the deck or screened porch, you may be lucky enough to see herons, osprey, deer etc. The home has wonderful, easily accessed walkways, as well as a paved bike path that leads straight to the heart of Duck Village. The quaint village has charming shops, outstanding restaurants and a soundside boardwalk that wanders throughout the town. Located within walking distance of the sound and businesses that provide bike, kayak and SUP rentals. Additionally, this home is just a short distance from the Sanderling Community Health and Racquet Club, where guests can enjoy, free of charge, use of the beautiful sound front pool, lounge chairs and kiddie pool. Also available, for a fee, is use of the Sanderling Community tennis courts.

Easy walk or bike ride to enjoy the amenities of the Sanderling Resort, including restaurants and spa. Or just enjoy the natural beauty and wonderment of a walk on the beach or along the extensive Sanderling walking trails, nestling among the arched live oak trees amid the maritime forest.
