Hotel and staff were very good.
The hall carpeting and some other parts of the hotel could use a referb but everything was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and the staff attendant was cleaning off tables as people finished eating and left. We really had no negative thoughts regarding our one night stay.

Needs a deep cleaning
The first room assigned had take out on the tables. It looked like someone took their lunch break and watched tv sitting on the bed. The second room, show had grim and toilet had a ring in the bowl. Bedding was clean. Staff was nice. Needs a deep clean and carpet cleaning or replace. Elevator had stuff on the walls like something was spilled.

The room which were given to us was handicap accessible, we are not handicap ask to change was told it assigned to us because of third party booking. Shower is gross, the tiles has layert of mold like.It was not a pleasant stay.

Hotel was very accommodating the only reason cleanliness and overall were rated less was finding a French fry behind the curtains and the paint was peeling in bathroom ( no exhaust fan for the shower)

The staff was polite. Especially the morning staff. Very kind and conversational. The hotel itself was not in great condition. It’s definitely showing signs of age, wear and tear. The baseboards were coming off in the rooms. The bathrooms were pretty dingy. The elevator was dirty. Everything needs a good deep cleaning. New carpet, paint and baseboards would help.
