On the subject of skiing, local skiing options are nearby for those who aren't up to going to a resort to explore the slopes.

The fully enclosed yard is a wonderful private oasis where you will find a bubbly hot tub, beautiful mountain views, an outdoor dining area, and a gas grill - this is the perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors while still being at home! Upon entering this fabulous home away from home, you will discover a beautifully appointed interior with a classic New Mexico design. The welcoming living area invites you to spread out comfortably and stream entertaining movies and shows on the smart TV - there is a cozy seating area by the fireplace where you can snuggle up and create everlasting memories with your loved ones. Adjacent to the living area is the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials. The home also enjoys a welcoming sunroom that opens to the backyard. There are two main bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. One of the bathrooms features a claw foot tub and a stacked washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Comfortable Serene Setting
Perfect layout for 2 couples & 2 dogs. The 2 main suites are separated by the living area & spacious kitchen which was well equipped for in house meals. We loved the backyard/patio which is accessible from the living area as well as the 2 main suites It feels very secluded with the stucco walls, alcoves and rustic post fencing. The terrain & landscape all work to provide a sense of peaceful isolation even though you are only a few minutes from downtown!

Great, clean home
We loved this house. It was perfect for our group. The kitchen is fairly well stocked but the toaster didn't toast for some reason. The coffee situation was designed for one coffee drinker. There is a Keurig and a tiny Mr. Coffee. For the size of the house, a full sized coffee maker is needed. The house was super clean but the cover on the intake for the hot tub needed to be cleaned. It had stuff collected on it that would come off when the jets weren't running and be floating in the water. We weren't impressed by the local management. They didn't follow through. We had a plugged toilet and got a message that they were sending someone out but when we returned the toilet was still plugged. I made it clear that they could come in regardless of whether or not we were there. The toilet was still plugged when we left 3 days later. The local management was super accommodating when we screwed up the check out date which was great and we appreciated it. But they didn't process our payment so we returned to the house and couldn't get it. It was freezing and we were tired and starving. Overall fantastic home.

A taste Taos
We loved this sweet authentic Adobe home! It was perfect for our little group. My 3 yr old granddaughter loved the toys !!!! Our dog was thrilled with the lovely fenced in yard! We were 5 minutes from town and close to two ski areas. The view from the house is breathtaking. The kitchen is well equipped. The only suggestions are for a bigger coffee maker and a better toaster and newer dish washer. The beds were super comfortable, plenty of nice linens, nice hot showers, and a fun hot tub! Taos is a great place to visit. Great hiking, great skiing, and great restaurants! It was a perfect week ! Thank you so much!!!!!!
