This is a very basic Travelodge motel. Nothing fancy, but my room was clean and seemed well maintained, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Good for a quick overnight stay if catching an early AM flight out of LAX.

After a long day of traveling, we wanted to check into our hotel and go to bed. Instead, we were picked up by the driver who was rude and dropped off at a hotel that was not the correct hotel and it took us another hour to get picked back up and brought to the correct hotel. That pretty much ruined it for everything.

The sheets were dirty with red stains on first day of arrival however I was able to ask to get new ones and was given new ones. I feel that we should not have to pay a high price of $20 per day for parking that is ridiculous.

Good location
Good location, close to the airport. Room was decent - nothing special but suited our requirements well. Staff were polite and prompt. Hotel says a shuttle is available, which it is, however there was miscommunication. We waited at the airport for an hour for the shuttle, eventually called the hotel, to be told that the shuttle wasn’t running and they were providing vouchers for taxis instead. Also, there was no availability for luggage storage on our last day, so book in advance (via Bounce).

It would have been nice to know the shuttle service was not working and that the system they put in place to get to/from the airport @ LAX didn’t even start until 5am & we had a flight boarding @ 6am! Absolutely ridiculous!! Very unhappy customer!!

Front desk was so kind and helpful with a friendly smile. My only complaint (not really a complaint, thought) is that there was no parking. Every spot had a car! But I was able to find parking on the street right in front of the hotel. The room is unbelievably perfect. So clean and tidy. The shower was wonderful. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelled so nice. Towels were sparkling white and looked and smelled brand new. Such a comfortable bed.The room is perfectly laid out. Plenty of sockets to charge all your electronics. Great value for the money. Highly recommended.

We stayed in a first floor accessible room. It was great! Wood floors instead of carpet made it seem clean and fresh. The bedding was bright white. The beds were super comfortable. There was a tub instead of a shower. It was a low tub, but still a tub, so if you have problems stepping over a one foot tub, this might not be the room for you. They provide a shuttle, but if the shuttle driver is not available, they'll give a voucher to the cab driver. (Not all cabs take vouchers. Call the property first.) One of the best things was both a privacy shade and a room darkening shade. On the down side, the outside of the property could use a little touching up. A homeless guy was wandering around for a bit. The shuttle is older and has a few bumps. It drove fine. Only about a 10 minute drive to the airport, within 3 blocks of IHOP, In and Out, and Ralphs groceries. I thought it very convenient. Would definitely stay here again. Best travelodge I've stayed in.

Nice option for a place to stay at LAX
Reasonable priced motel short distance from the airport. Shuttle pick every hour. The property is simple, but clean and well managed. No restaurant, but a few fastfood nearby. Also a circle K convenient store next door.

Would love to send some pictures. This hotel is horrible ceiling in shower falling in. Trash outside everywhere. Homeless people walking by window. Dirty Towels all over the parking lot and stairs.The telephone didnt even have a cord to it. The room was filthy the floor was so dirty my sons white socks were black. There was stains all over the bed spread. The front desk staff was rude and didnt know answers to questions. We came in hot and tired. The aircondition didnt work. Warm air very low. No buttons on air condition.The microwave was dirty look like old grease. Went to put the old shade down and noticed it wasnt attatched just hanging on the side of the window! I walked up to the front desk staff and the tokd me they would call maintance wjome was also the cleaning person. Never showed an hr later i went back up to ask staff said 1/2 hr she would be there by midnight not fixed i put up top blanket. Tried to fall asleep. The bright light outside prob because of crime.. came through the white blanket. My kids sleeping finally.. the upstairs guest decided to come home have a party..stomping and coming up and down the stairs screaming. We had to get up at 4 am to return car. 20 dollars to park far away..and the luggage trolly the one btw, wheels was broke! Worst hotel ever in my 30 years staying at Wyandham. Never ever ever..didnt sleep was too scared. I wish i never boooked it 189.00 i want my money back

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff were all extremely rude, and every single one told you a different thing. We had paid online for our room and the website said we could just go in and grab our room key, but when we got there the woman at the desk told us they don't do that and online was just a hold and we had to pay again. Tried to show her the messages but she refused to look or believe us and made me pay again, so now have paid for the room twice and wasted 20 minutes doing it online for no reason. Also, me and my daughter booked it for the shuttle only. When we checked in I needed to return my rental car to the airport and get a shuttle. No shuttle. Then were told that they wouldn't be running and that we could go to the front desk and they would call us a taxi. The morning of our flight, we went to the front desk, and we were told no, the shuttle had just left, and we would have to wait another HOUR for the next one(past time we needed to be at the airport) . We asked if the woman at the front desk if she would call us a taxi, and she just shrugged, laughed, and told us that we'd have to call ourselves an Uber. There was about a 2 inch gap under our door and the manual lock didn't work so I just shoved towels under it. The remote was covered in a sticky substance. The entire front office smelled like weed. I would never stay there again.

Everything was an additional charge that they would not disclose until the last minute. When I first called to ask if I could hold my luggage there behind the desk until our room was ready they told me yes but said nothing about an additional fee. It wasn't until we got there they they were going to charge the additional fee. But then they said the fee is similar to the early check in fee so I could just pay that to check in an hour early since my room was ready. Just seemed odd. Our room did not have any shampoo so we called the front desk and they said they would send someone but never did. A few hours later we called again and they said they would send someone. Still nobody. Finally called before bedtime and they said they will send someone tomorrow when the cleaning staff is back on shift. If I would have known I could have walked to the desk myself to get it or walk to the nearest store. Besides that small hiccup, the property was not bad, it was clean and nice to just stay for a day. There was a couple homeless in the parking lot smoking weed but for the price I was not expecting anything fancy. The beds were comfy and it was a good place to rest before our cruise

Not What I Expected
The room itself was clean, but there were multiple issues with stains on fabrics, chips of paint off the walls, the windows were not clean at all, dents in the doors, and there were garbage bags left around the premises. The hotel did not by any means live up to the photos that were posted. I felt very mislead in the booking of this hotel. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else.
