Property looks dated and a little shabby so inside and out. 17th floor rooms offer retry decent view of the falls. I’d ask for the 18th floor (top) if I’d know better. Staff are friendly and helpful. No free breakfast, which I usually opt for. Lots to do with a mile radius which we were able to walk. Uber available as needed. Canada is expensive, would likely stay on US side next time. We did go to the US side for activities to save hundreds of dollars. Skylon tower offers really great food/atmosphere. I’d do that again! Overall we appreciated our stay.

Well we didn’t like how we had to pay extra for parking if booking a room already. And what was the worst and unprofessional was getting a text message at 8:13 am already asking what time we are checking out, as far as I was aware the CHECKOUT was at 11am not 8:13am and then getting someone at the door with in the hour asking what time we are planning on leaving. They shouldn’t be coming anytime before 11am and basically felt like kicking us out. Also, the King beds (1 bed) should be cheaper then 2 beds as you’re only cleaning one. Oh and may I add where was the (Falls View) ??? I got room facing the falls but only to get the steam. Very disappointing for that price Finally, when we arrive at the hotel to check in the vala parking should be place in a different spot or have a separate place to park while checking in and not feeling pressured of not choosing that option. Certainly not going back!
