Perfect Stay
Silvano was very friendly and helpful. He contacted me a week prior to arriving, fill all my details online in, and I knew exactly where to go when we arrived. He also checked in every morning via Whatsapp and asked if we needed help and gave ideas what to do for the day. We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect

This property was incredibly situated for our three day stay in Florence where we walked everywhere. The room was charming and comfortable. Our host went above and beyond to provide daily updates with dining and exploration details and tips. This was a fabulous stay that we recommend to anyone looking to explore the wonders of Florence!

Sleeping in a B&B Hotel that is centuries old (800 years I believe) and is a part of a World UNESCO Heritage site just adds to the historical Florentine experience.

We like the location. However the description was grossly overly stated. It wasn’t a boutique hotel it was more like a college dorm room.There was no receptionist on the premiss. The room had a musty and mildew smell. Breakfast was included in price, but it was a coffee and donut served at a corner bar and you had to stand up. Also there was No TV in the room. The room was invested with mosquitos . Overall we were very disappointed in the experience . The property did not meet our expectations. The marketing hype was over promised and under delivered .

Location was fantastic and property manager could not do enough for us and gave us helpful suggestions about what to visit every day. He also provided gift vouchers to a coffee shop that had out of this world pastries and cakes! Highly recommend this hotel!

Basic but functional and comfortable, and perfectly located adjacent to the Uffizi. All communication is through WhatsApp with the owner which worked really well - super responsive, helpful, lots of top tips. Spotlessly clean. Highly recommended

Located just off Piazza Signoria, perfect for exploring central Florence, this charming property was just what we wanted. The only thing to be aware of is the narrow flight of sixteen stairs to get to the first floor; from there a lift will get you and your luggage to higher floors.

Sylvano was very attentive and responsive to our enquiries. Every day, he thoughtfully shared good ideas for enjoying Florence's hidden gems. We will definitely be back, for the excellent customer service, and beautiful and safe accomodations. The location is excellent: right next to the Uffizi gallery! Also, the complimentary breakfast at Riviero was elegant and convenient.

This boutique hotel is in a perfect location. Very historic building built in the 13 th century!! Not your typical hotel! Very quaint accommodations, but just so amazing! We loved every minute of our stay. So very convenient to everything we wanted to see. Thank you!! Gracie mille!!

Very old historic building. Perfect location for walking around Florence. Comfortable bed. The only issues were minor and addressed immediately. It is worth noting is that we never saw a human employee; however everything was cleaned daily, and the concierge responded very quickly to WhatsApp messages and was incredibly helpful. They sent us recommendations of what to do every day. We already had an intinerary, but we did see a few things we wouldn't have without the recommendation. We thought the service was fantastic, but I mention it because I can see this being a deal breaker for my boomer parents.

The hotel is wonderfully located. It is in the beating heart of the old city. So much to see and do, and the owner of the hotel has wonderful suggestions for enjoyment of the city sights.

The hotel is conveniently located. The owners are extremely helpful and checks in on their guests during the stay. They even share their family's heritage in owning this 13th C building with us. Don't bother with having breakfast included though as it is only a croissant and cappuccino in a nearby fancy restaurant. Get your own, especially if one is used to English breakfasts.

This is a great location. The room was large and comforable. However there are a number of disadvantages a) The building is not accessible by taxi - the street is too narrow but you can get within a few minutes walking distance; b) The check-in time is 5pm. Most other accomodations are 2pm which is much more conveniant c) The street can be quite noisy at night - this didn't really bother us but has bothered other patrons.

Great stay at casa Uffizi perfect location for all the sights room small but good sized bathroom never met the host everything done by pin pad and wattsapp but every message was answered immediately and actually felt had more interaction than if the host was there breakfast was across the square just a coffee and pastry at the bar but they got to know us and were very friendly

First time at this hotel. Theres no reception or front desk but we had Silvano guide us all the way from booking to showing up. This was better than a front desk. He was like an Angel watching over you when needed. We text him and bang he was right on it. We had no issues with this location, and wanted to be in the centre of things. I would recommend and stay here again.

Excellent location to easily get to all the sights. Lots of restaurants nearby. 20 mins by taxi from the airport (25 Euros). Good communication with the owner. Great hotel for a city break.
