The property is located near a nice beach and we went to a few beaches in Miami and this was our favourite beach. There are stores along the strip and restaurants. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Bill, the owner, was very nice and very responsive. We loved it

La Mer is the perfect place to stay while visiting Lauderdale by the Sea! The place has all the amenities you need while vacationing. Felt like a home away from home! We had everything we needed plus more to enjoy this superb property as well as the beautiful beach. Very close and very walkable! The host is very accommodating for all of your needs. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Felt like we were welcome. Other peopled staying there were very friendly and quiet. The decor is very Beachy and relaxing. Carts, chairs, towels free to use to go to the beach.

Great family beach stay
Room was spacious and equipped with everything needed for a trip to the beach, full appliances, BbQ, and all you need to cook, etc. loved the privacy and not having to check-in in a line at a at a front desk.. a block from the beach. Very good location. Would go back again.

We had a great time. The rooms are spacious and very clean, equipped with everything you might need. Bill is amazing and truly cares about his guests! Highly recommend staying here when you are in the area. Beach and many restaurants are in walkable distance, completely safe to walk around even at night.

Property was renovated, clean and short walk to beach and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Minor complaint is pool was not in operation and although we had access to pool across street it was difficult to get seat there . As I said very minor. Would highly recommend this property.

We stayed here for 5 days. The owner Bill was very courteous and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. The rooms are as pictured and very clean. We really appreciated being able to use the beach accessories (wagon, cooler, towels and toys) and being able to walk to the beach and restaurants. This is a quiet area, close to the police/fire station and community center. We felt safe to walk anywhere to/from. As disclosed to us before our arrival, the pool was closed, but we were able to use the pool across the street, which was lovely. In comparison to other places we’ve stayed at in the LBTS area, La Mer was top notch!

This property was very clean, quiet, convenient and close to the beach. Bill, the owner, was very kind and let us check in early and check out late. He is on the property daily and always reachable for questions. This was a perfect spot for me and my 16 year old daughter. The only- and I mean only drawback was the pool was drained and not usable but, we were able to use the pool across the street. Stay here! You wont regret it!!

Perfect accomodations to feel like we were at home away from home. Bill was very helpful is giving dinner recommendations and how to get to the beach. Having beach equipment available to use was also a huge perk for us.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Bill was incredible and provided us with such a beautiful stay as well as going beyond and providing us extra toilet paper, water, toiletries. The place was very up to date and clean. Very close walk to the water and the strip of shops and food. I had an amazing time and will definitely be staying here again!
