Muy cómodo, pero hay que llegar con tiempo
El hotel está buenas condiciones y muy bonitas, instalaciones, lo que sí me di cuenta es que nos hace falta personal, no pude hacer mi checking a las tres de la tarde y que me entregaran la habitación, porque no la tenían lista, me lo entregaron hasta las cuatro. Todo el personal muy amable y me dieron una cortesía por el tiempo de espera. El servicio de ballet me permitió ingresar mi propio auto, ya que no me gusta que alguien más utilice mi carro, por lo que muy agradecido y le dejé su propina.

If you feel to be a little bit away from the beautiful centre of Guadalajara in an area with a lil' resort kind of feel with all the amenities in a fun and relaxing atmosphere at the same time, this is the perfect location and Becker Hotel provides all you will need for a comfortable stay with very friendly staff and very competitive prices. This is my 4th time there and always to great satisfaction . Thank you.

The hotel itself is well maintained. The valet staff was great. Fron desk was OK. The cleaning staff need to be trained, It seems like they only empty trash and do beds I stayed for five night and had two rooms.. Same issue on both rooms. They do not replace water bottles or coffee, even after you have run out. The same with toiletries. Even if you have ran out of them. After the first night I contacted the front desk, water and coffee were delivered the next day. nothing was restock the rest of my stay even after I asked the maid to leave some gel for the shower n( she did not). The hotel only had one elevator making it difficult to access your room. Breakfast on the 7th floor is OK but service is very slow. and not enough stables available. It is possible that the company's police may have an impact on the quality of service being provided. Perhaps adding staff to complete the tasks by the cleaning staf may help as well as adding staff in the dining area.
