With the exception of the master bedroom tv not working (no fault of owner and out of his control) This quaint comfortable unit was perfect. Amenities were fantastic. Location fantastic. Overall enjoyed it. May be an annual trip.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo and especially liked having the beach wagon for the short walk to the beach. We also liked that the condo was on the first floor and easily accessible. The owner was very responsive when I called with a question. The resort had a lot to offer and we plan to stay again.

The property was nicely furnished, short walking distance to the beach, quiet location. The property was a bit dirty for my OCD self (dusty lamps, dirt and debris between the fridge and the cabinets). Overall, I would recommend staying here.

Great condo for young kids, easy walk to beach (wagon included), play ground, and pool. Bike rentals available at the property although the bikes are not the greatest, they did the job. Couple of quirks with the condo but overall I’d give it a 4.5, it worked great for our family!

Amazing Location
Very well located with great restaurants around and shopping. The balcony looks over a pond and it's very relaxing. The unit is well appointed and clean. Just a 2 min. walk to the beach. The management is easy to talk to and accommodating. The entire resort is very quiet and clean. Looking forward to our next stay.

Lovely Beach Condo
This is an adorable beach condo. The location is great - access to the beach and plenty of resort amenities (bikes, restaurants, etc). While the listing was accurate, we were slightly disappointed by how bare bones the condo amenities were. It is truly just the basics - no coffee or beach towels - which is hard for travelers coming by air. We also loved the inclusion of the beach goodies (chairs, boogie board, etc.) but some of the items are in very bad shape - essentially unusable. Renting this condo was a good experience- but a few tweaks could easily make it great!

This condo was cute and a fairly easy walk to the beach.
Like I said above, it was cute and the host was easy to get in contact with. It was about a seven minute walk to the ocean and there was a cool pool/karaoke area just before the sand. The only major negative was that the check out list was quite long, especially since you pay the cleaning charge (I mean they wanted you to strip the beds and close all blinds and leave it clean as it was when you got there so we had to sweep and wipe down tubs…I’m still nervous I’m going to get Charged for something I missed) but overall it was a fun little place.

Everything was smooth, from booking to check-in. The owner personally checked in to make sure everything was smooth and offered help if there were any issues. Getting to the beach was easy from the apartment and there were a couple of places to grab a quick bite or get a drink within the property grounds. Overall, great value

Wonderful location!
As mentioned in other reviews, the fact that this property had a beach cart and umbrella made the walk to the beach perfectly do-able. Bike rentals are right on site and the trails around the island are really, really nice. Proximity to everything else is good - there is a shuttle stop right near the condo, if you are in for that. Kitchen was well stocked with all the basics. There are a few paper items to get you started. Bathrooms & bedding were clean - which is so important to me (my husband doesn't care about that as much as I do ;) I gave 3* communication with manager ONLY because we didn't need to and didn't have any!

We had a small issue at check in. Had to contact evolve for information. It’s just a little inconvenience, but it was handled well. We loved the place and it was very helpful all the information they had. We enjoyed using the cooler and chairs to take to the beach. We also saw a gator sunbathing. My kids thought it was cool. I loved that it had many amenities. It was our first time using Vrbo and visiting Hilton Head. Next time we would love to rent bikes to travel around Hilton Head. Overall my family enjoyed our vacation.

The condo was very cute, updated and decorated nicely. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Short walk to the beach and all the beach equipment was available at the condo. Would definitely recommend!
