Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we’re unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. 

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it’s about a 20-minute ride – Prices are around $45 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.

CHECKOUT CLEANING: 
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

STARTER SUPPLIES: 
We provide a small welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. 
Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival. 

LINENS & TOWELS: 
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and a blanket are in the closet. 

LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.

TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. This location is fantastic and the view from the place is amazing. The bathroom being located in same room as where people are sleeping with no outside access was not great, and the elevator situation in this building is very annoying (waited up to 15 minutes for an elevator) otherwise our kids really enjoyed the stay and the customer service was really well done.

Very nice place with a great view of the water (not 180 but better than most). Close walks to just about anything. Room nicely updated, good beds and great shower. Nice unit at a very reasonable price. Only down falll was smoke detector which flashed a bright light during the night. Wished I had a piece of tape to cover the light. Beautiful place with a great location to walk everywhere. Having the parking was a huge plus! The only recommendation is an eye mask. With the time difference and city lights we had a difficult time sleeping through the night to check if it was morning.

The building is a bit dated and the elevators are slow. Our apartment was quite sufficient and overall nicely decorated and clean. The sliding door into the shower/ toilet area needs some oil. It squeaks and at night that was a bit annoying. Overall the apartment was good but the buildings fire alarms and notice to evacuate the building happened 2 nights in a row waking us from sleep. Thst was rather annoying for sure.

Amazing ocean view, great location, everything you need for a wonderful stay in Waikiki. Free easy plentiful parking!! Check in process and communication with host was excellent and door key code is very convenient. Coffee shop in lobby of building makes excellent lattes and breakfast sandwiches if you don’t want to cook yourself. Will definitely return to this condo!!

We rented two condos at the Waikiki Banyan for a week. The walk was two east blocks. The condo was as advertised. The host was good with communication. Check out and check in were easy. We will stay there again.

Gorgeous condo with a beautiful view
I took my daughter on a trip to Hawaii for her 30th birthday. I had originally booked another property but when we checked in the AC was broken so we were lucky enough to get this gorgeous condo at the last minute for a great price. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with nice, cool air :) The condo was well-decorated and had so much space. The walk to the beach was a breeze and so many restaurants are in the vicinity. We would definitely stay there again!!

Great family accommodation
This property was very clean and convenient for our family of five. The free parking, WiFi and location was great value. The kitchen had all we needed and a quick walk down the road to FoodLand was handy. The 6th floor had BBQ facilities and a pool for use. The Banyan cafe was handy and had great coffee and there was also a small shop that sold food and other items. The view from the room of Waikiki beach was outstanding. Overall we would definitely come and stay here again, highly recommended for families.

The location of this place is very convenient. It walking distance to everything; the beach, bus stops, restaurants and ABC stores. I highly recommend this place for family whose on the budget and wanting to cook at home to save money on food.

Elevators Are A Huge Issue!
Mostly only 3 of 5 elevators were working. In addition, there needs to be a designated "service" elevator for staff and their carts. Tower 1 elevators were better therefore less wait time. Not enough toilet paper for 3 adults for 7 days - they expect you to buy your own if more is needed. Dont expect help from front desk - they seem to only want to assist hotel guests. BBQ area is terrible. Be prepared to pay to use them. Tables, seats are cement - not comfortable. Since pool is on the 6th floor, there is no wind protection. No extra towels - you get to use same one for a week. No dishwasher, so dishes are hand washed. Dont think they are sanitized between customers this way.... Nice views. Good location. Noisy due to neighboring hotel jackhammering. Not enough balcony chairs - only 2. We had to constantly pull living room chair outside and pull it back in.. 10:00 am is too early of a checkout time..most hotels i know is 11:00..

The best is the balcony at the Banyon !!
We enjoyed our stay at the Banyon !! The condo is just as the listing says it is. The beds are very comfortable. The AC keeps the place cool. We loved having breakfast on the balcony and watching the sunsets at night from there. The location is excellent. It is 2 blocks from the beach and close to many restaurants. There is an ABC market close by for quick snacks and other necessities. Of course, Leonard's malasadas are a must stop and is a few minutes away by car. We also especially enjoyed Me-BBQ, a Korean restaurant a few blocks away. But the ultimate Korean BBQ restaurant is Soon's Kal Bi Drive In (898 Ala Lilikoi St, Honolulu, HI 96818) that is 20 minutes away by car. Having included free parking is great. The clearance is low (6ft) and the spaces are tight but once you get the hang of navigating the garage, it is a big bonus. The only cons to the condo is the shower water pressure from the shower head is low, there is no dishwasher, the TV is not a newer smart TV so streaming isn't available, and the starter supplies (paper towels, laundry detergent etc.) are minimal. Overall, the pros greatly outweigh the cons and we would want to stay here again.

The condo was an excellent location. You could see the sunset every night. It was walking distance to everything. You could see the surfers surfing all day from the balcony window. They were restaurants everywhere everything was convenient, renting, surfboards, boogie boards everything was fantastic. The condo came with two chairs, which is very convenient to sit at the beach. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to be in the perfect spot. We had a family of five and it was plenty of room.
