Would have been nice to be within walking distance of some place to eat. Breakfast was great.. Staff was great. Noticed no exhaust in bathroom. Thought that was a requirement.

Rooms are great, but being near elevators can be very noisy. Swimming pool had a lot of hair floating in it- perhaps your pump/filter was off?

We had mold on the ceiling, in the bathroom the vent didnt work and had drywall peeling/cracking, curtains were hard to open/close and had a frog that we discovered in the morning nestled in the corner of our room. The receptionist was nice and informational,bed comfortable but really need to update. Wont let me upload photos unfortunately

I stay at this property several times a year and have always rated it Excellent throughout the years and will be staying there again in September, but gave it an Overall Rating of Good this time for two reasons. The rate I paid was very, very high compared to other hotels in the area and compared to past and future rates I have paid at this property, but I assumed it was booked full and rates change when that happens, but that didn't seem to be the case. The parking lot and breakfast area certainly weren't packed with cars and guests, so not sure why the rate was so high. Also had lots of Internet issues both days I was there, but that may have been beyond the control of the hotel. Hopefully my three night stay in September will provide for a better experience and I already know it will be less expensive since it's already booked.

Staff was super friendly!! The room was clean and well laid out. The beds were comfortable. I wish there had been more than one elevator. The coffee cups were strangely small and the exhaust fans in the bathroom did not actually turn on so it was very steamy and you could not see anything after a while.
