This four-bedroom, three bath home has the amenities that will make everyone’s dreams come true. The children will run straight to the new pool where they will spend hours living a dream, floating and playing games. It might be hard to get them to leave the house and head to the beach, which is located straight down 24th Avenue. A City Beach Access Path located at the end of the street makes beach access easy. Where the kids are going to love the new private pool and sun deck, the adults are going to enjoy the spacious outdoor living room located on the screen porch. During the heat of the day or under the Carolina star filled night, the screen porch is the perfect spot to dream of the past and make plans for the future.

Inside of this wonderful home you will find a unique floor plan. 29 on 24th Avenue features a formal dining room, living room and kitchen. All newly decorated and wonderful. A large pantry is located off of the kitchen and provides access to the house with the electronic lock. Once inside, there a several exterior doors to access the screen porch, pool deck and front deck. The master bedroom, featuring a king bed, and the guest queen bedroom each features a private full bath. The second guest bedroom has a king bed. Finally, the large fourth bedroom is perfect for adults or kids with two full beds. The King bedroom and bedroom with two full beds share a hall bath. Finally, when the sun has set and it is time to dream about the adventures of the day, your family will all be comfortable with new mattresses featured in each bedroom. Just a short walk will bring you to the dream destination that makes the Isle of Palms one of the best beaches on the East Coast. Sullivan’s Island (6 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (7 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (15 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States and offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes and gardens.

This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Excellent property
The house was everything it promised. It was very well appointed with everything you would need. We had a wonderful week. I would stay here again. It would have been helpful to know that the locked door was in the backyard but that was the only confusion about checking in.

This house is probably the most comfortable, functional, stylish short-term rental I have ever stayed in (and I've stayed in lots of them). Every little detail is just right, pleasing to the eye and serving to cater to your every whim. The beautiful front porch, with fire pit! The charming little back porch, with bed swing! The spacious living room with huge TV! The gorgeous pool! The insanely beautiful landscaping, complete with uplighting at night! One of the most magical things about this place is that you might think, at first glance, that it is fairly small. But it is not: there are three reasonably-sized bedrooms as well as as a master suite with bedroom, walk-in closet, and dedicated bathroom. Two of those bedrooms share a bathroom, while the third has its own en suite, making it a sort of second master suite. There's a spacious laundry room, with a little bar fridge that comes in handy, as well as a large dining table and smaller one in the kitchen. Everything is generously proportioned. Not small at all! Plus the whimsy! Not too much, just enough to make the place feel warm and witty and charming: a little turntable and a collection of jazz and baby-boomer classic rock favorites, a vintage guitar painted with palm trees hanging on the wall, several lovely pieces of art, and so forth. Just delightful. Space is limited, so I will simply reiterate: CLEAN, QUIET, COMFORTABLE, ATTRACTIVE, FUNCTIONAL, SPACIOUS, CHARMING, SO THOUGHTFULLY DESIGNED. A PURE DELIGHT!

Summer Fun at IOP
he house has everything you need for an excellent stay with your family! This was our first year here and we are coming back next year! The pool is amazing - perfect size and has shade at all different times of day to keep you cool. Being a ranch house is also convenient to not have to trek things amup and down stairs. While the walk to the beach isn’t far, I recommend renting a golf cart for ease of bringing items to the beach and to get there much faster. Beds were comfortable and house was clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this home for a comfortable stay in IOP!

Relaxation close to the beach!
The house was very clean, comfortable, cozy, and nicely updated! The kitchen was extremely well stocked with gadgets and dishes/utensils. The screened porches were wonderful for relaxing in the morning and evening. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The walk to the beach was very short and easy, and the pool was really refreshing at the end of a day at the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Beautiful Pool and yard, close to beach
We enjoyed our time at 29 24th Ave on Isle of Palm. The home was as advertised and suited our needs. The fenced yard was great for the dog and the pool was wonderful. The home is set up so bedrooms are not too close to the main living space allowing quiet time for some to rest. Loved the large dining table so we could all be together for meals. One caution- the irrigation system sprayed our cars leaving discoloration ( on white car). Simple scrubbing did not remove the stains. The property manager gave us some product info, so hopefully this will remedy the problem.

Nice IOP home with only a few minor issues
We really enjoyed the property. We had a family of 10 and the house was the perfect size. Kitchen was very well stocked and the kids loved the pool. Only 3 complaints. The ice maker in fridge did not work. The outdoor grill was nearly impossible to use. All burners were rusted out except the two front burners. A new grill is definitely needed at this property. Last complaint involves the internet at the property. It went completely out the day prior to our departure. The house network completely disappeared and we were unable to use the tv/internet. Overall, the property is great and we would recommend if these few issues were corrected.

Perfect place for family vacation
This house thought of everything! Screened in porches and sand spray offs stations both front and back of house. Perfect lay out inside with comfortable beds. Kitchen is stocked wit everything you’d ever need. The pool is the best pool we’ve had yet. Friendly neighbors with good advice and tips. We had a wonderful vacation here!

Wonderful property !
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. When we could not figure out the lock on the front door, which we could have mastered had we read the directions more closely, the property manager sent someone to explain. The propery was very clean and well stocked with games and basics. The space was insulated well, and we did not hear one another with our different sleeping schedules. We hope to rent this property again when we travel to this area! It was delighful!

Our stay was perfect! The house had everything you could possibly need, fully stocked kitchen, games, bikes, heated pool! The house is within walking distance to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and a loca coffee shop. We rented a golf cart to get around the island which was a lot of fun! The beaches are beautiful and we will definitely be back again!!

Family Fall Beach Trip
Great location and property for my family's fall beach trip! 5 adults and 2 kids fit perfectly in this home. Plenty of bathrooms and the dining room table was big enough for meals and playing. Beautiful home with a great layout, quiet neighborhood, very family friendly if you have kids. One of the best homes we’ve rented thru VRBO. Only one complaint…when we arrived the outside trash can was full, overflowing full…the trash service never picked it up our entire stay…you can only imagine what trash sitting outside in the heat does. Recycling was the only thing picked up while we were there. Otherwise, our trip was truly wonderful!! We hope to rent this home again on another trip 😃

Best place to relax
I'm a Registered Nurse not going into what it's been like at work. This vacation at this house was perfect. Loved the beach close by and mostly the private pool. We took morning walks on the beach and rode our bikes on the trails in the neighborhood. The privacy of the pool was exactly what I needed. Very quiet, calm , and peacful.

We had four adults and two young kids stay. This property was perfect for our needs. Not too far from the beach access. The backyard and two screened in porches are the highlights of the property. The pool is great, and the porches are relatively cool in the hot SC weather. We would definitely stay again.

House was beautiful and we enjoyed it very much! There are a lot of trees around the pool, so leaves and pollen were constantly falling in the water which made for a dirty swim. I did sent a text explaining the grill burner was not working. I didn't get a response on that so my brother had to bring his charcoal grill for the week which was inconvenient. With that many people, a propane would of been nice. The screened in porches are beautiful and were loved by all! I would highly recommend this place again! Neighbor likes to talk a lot but a very friendly man. :)

Spotlessly clean, beautiful, tranquil place.
We wanted a place where we could relax and enjoy doing "nothing" - Reading, knitting, drawing, swimming, sleeping in. This house turned out to be the perfect place for us. I especially liked the back porch, It was so charming with the swing bed, the rocking chairs, the fan, the lights, and the color scheme that I spent a lot of my time there. From there we were just steps away from the pool. The rest of the house was well appointed and comfortable - we had everything we needed. I loved the kitchen - although, other than breakfast, we carried out or had food delivered from nearby restaurants. There were lots of delicious choices within a few minutes from the house. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed staying here!

It’s a great house with plenty of room and the amenities were great!
Everything was wonderful until Friday evening on the front screened porch, there was a snake crawling along the inside of screen. It looked to be a rat snake and I have a picture of where it was, but I am not sure how it got in. You may want to look into this so it doesn’t happen again. Otherwise, very happy with the property and our stay!
