Perfect location
This beautiful unit was on the ground floor with a garden setting with well established folage yet very close to the pool, fitness center, BBQ's and beach. It is perfect spot for young families or the more mature adult with modility needs. The condo was appointment very well, very comfortable and I would definitely return.

The pool accessibility was great! Beds and tvs in each bedroom were awesome! What we didn’t like was not having enough towels and not having any communication with maintenance about the stove locking during cooking meals.

The property was clean and well maintained. Easy check in and easy check out. Everything was just as described except the daily rate. What is with all the Fees? The fees added an additional 57% to the cost of the stay. The property is right on the beach and has a very nice pool. The best restaurant's in the area are only a few blocks away and are easy to walk to. My favorite was the Hukilau Lanai.

Nice Unit but had Issues
Really liked the location for the kids and close to the pool. There were some issues though. The Lanai light went out and never got repaired even after repeated texts with the rental host. Also there was mold on some of the drapes. The front bathroom light went out for a few days and the magically came back on. The phones stopped working a few days into the trip which wasn’t a huge deal but it took about 5 days to get it fixed. The property overall has gone into disrepair with paint peeling on exterior walls and plaster cracking. The biggest issue we had was getting follow up information from the rental host as to the status of a repair. The pool area was clean and well maintained. I would look at other places to stay if we come visit Kauai again.
