Great Condo. Had all the amenities. Three remotes needed new batteries. A/C remotes were hard to read. LCD screens were very dim so you couldn’t see the readings. But over all a good place.

Central location close to restaurants and groceries
The condo was comfortable and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the location was very convenient. There was a lot of highway noise to be aware of if that bothers you. I would have preferred umbrellas at the pool for needed shade. The closest beach was basically a homeless camp but you could walk north or south to neighboring hotels to use their beaches. There was another beach that you could drive to nearby that was also very nice

Comfortable and clean!
We had a great experience staying here. The condo was well-stocked with just about anything we needed, plenty of towels and beach gear. The A/C was a bonus and very much appreciated. Checking in was a breeze even after our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive til 1AM. Walking distance to Coconut Marketplace (make sure you check out Sleeping Giant for fish tacos!) and tons of other shops and groceries. Central location to head up north or down south. We had an issue with the shower head the first day and it was immediately taken care of by management, thank you so much! 10/10 would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay
My daughter and I really enjoyed this beautiful spot. The unit was incredibly clean. We appreciated that there are beach towels, umbrella, chairs and a cooler. It made it nice to have those items available. We also really appreciated the filtered water in the refrigerator. The location is great also. We explored different parts of the island and found this to be a nice central location.

Perfect Retreat
My Wife and I stayed here for Our second Wedding Anniversary. The Owner was in touch with us right away assuring we were comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony looking out over the beautiful landscape and pool. The Condo was well stocked with electronics to enjoy, wi-fi, TV,s, DVD and even a movie selection. The Owner has provided many items to make Our stay enjoyable. Ice Chest,Chairs,Beach Mats, Beach Towels. Lots of Bathroom supplies as well. The Owner also shared her future improvements to improve a even better experience. We plan to return. Lava Lava was Our favorite Happy Hour stop, a short walk. We enjoyed the Market Place, especially the vendor with the Sticky Buns. Thank You Bruce & Darlene

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in Kapaa, so it's easy to get to everything on the island. Make sure you get to Pono Market for Kalua pig. The condo is clean, has everything you'll need. A new owner took over as I was leaving, so I'm guessing things will be updated a bit, i.e., new dishes and such. The pools are great, lots of things to do very close by.

Nicely decorated unit, clean and well stocked with items such as beach chairs, first aid kit, kitchen gadgets, etc. Cons: The bath towels were dingy white and a couple had marks on them.
