1) Cosy House Kaunas & Parking (max 6 people).
2) Cosy House Billiard. Sauna & Parking (max 6 people).
3) Cosy House Studio & Parking (max 2 people).
4) Cosy House Mini Studio - Disability Access - Sauna & Parking (max 2 people).
If you seek privacy, comfort, good sleep and the cosy feeling of home, this is the best place for your stay in Kaunas! Cosy house is located in a calm area, only a 10min drive away from the city centre. Bus stops and small shops are close by, so you will find everything you need in a short walking distance.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor, its size is 100m2 and you won't share the space with others.
The space consists of: a kitchen with all necessary equipment , private entrance, private bathroom (soap and shampoo provided), smoking area outside (smoking indoors is prohibited). There is a parking area with a security camera (free). Air conditioner (24 hrs - 10 Eur). Regular Grill 10 Eur.
Reception is open 24/7 and will provide you the keys upon your arrival (ring the doorbell).

- No parties allowed. Silent hours from 11PM to 9AM.
- Unapproved/unregistered guests will be asked to leave

Ruhige gemütliche Wohnung
Der Check-in Vorgang war sehr einfach und wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und wunderschön eingerichtet; vom Eingangszimmer mit Sofa und Kamin, bis zum sehr bequemlich eingerichteten Schlafzimmer (Sofa, Zugang zum Balkon und einem großen Fernseher) mit einem sehr guten Bett.
Die Küche ist modern eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet.
Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung wirklich wie zuhause gefühlt und haben unsere Tage dort sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder dorthin zurückkehren.
