Stunning and fascinating castle in the middle of the Cinque Terre National Park with breathtaking views of the sea, less than 15 km from Portovenere, considered one of the most beautiful villages in the world. Here you are in a magical, enchanted place that, for its characteristics, will offer you a unique and unforgettable vacation. Around more than 20 hectares of terraced land with vineyards and olive groves that reach the sea and lead you to a small pebble beach, accessible on foot through a small footpath of about 1 km. A corner of paradise that will enchant even the most demanding viewer: Just a few steps from the house is the A1 Appennino Ligure hiking trail that connects the region with Tuscany and France, but not only this... The villages of Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manorola and Riomaggiore can be easily visited by boat from Portovenere, which together with Palmaria have been recognized by UNESCO as World Heritage Sites. An hour and a half by car is Genoa with its historic center and the largest aquarium in Europe and on the other side the coast of Versilia with the famous Forte dei Marmi near the Lunigiana, the "Valley of the" Hundred Castles ". One side of the house on the first floor is occasionally used by the owner for the care of the surrounding land and for the production of oil and a fine wine of the Cinque Terre (available locally). The property can be reached by a 1.3 km dirt road with a 120 m elevation gain, accessible only by off-road vehicle. Arrival is possible only between 17:00 and 20:00.

Maison et vue magnifiques
Mais plage difficilement accessible 45 mn de marche aller et retour 5 portails 4 cadenas il ne faut que des locataires sportifs car pente abrupte pour crique rocheuse. Douche de l’etage Supérieur à revoir Changement du linge de nuit et de toilette fort appréciable
