Poor Communication from Host
I booked this property approximately 3 days prior to arriving. Once confirmed I emailed the host from the app. No reply. The day of I showed up early in hopes of finding somebody in the property, or have received an email, or information, but none of the above happened. I went ahead found a phone number listed in the booking called it it rang the connection was established but no one talked I stated I'm going to hang up because I cannot hear you and I don't think you're talking. I tried calling you back again straight to voicemail. I sent a message. No reply. By 4:15 when check in was at 4:00 p.m. had not received any message so I left and went to a secure area where I can contact VRBO customer service. Long story short VRBO verified the lack and pork communications from the host and has issued me a full refund. Still waiting for my refund but it's only been 6 days and I was told 5 to 8 days I should receive it.
