This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house is just 8 minutes drive to beautiful Indian Shores beach and miles of other beaches . Clearwater beaches are only a few more minutes away. Super quite neighborhood with 1 car garage and big u-shaped driveway for easy parking. Orlando Disneyland is only 1.5 hrs away.

House has all the amenities of a regular home with fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels, TV, and Wi-Fi. Keycode entry means you do not have to carry keys. Central A/C keeps all the rooms at the right temperature.

The house has very comfortable Ikea beds in all rooms and a queen pullout in the living room. The dining room table seats 6 and there is also a kitchen gathering table that is perfect for socializing, eating, or for preparing food. The backyard has a nice patio area. Full size washer and dryer are also in the house for your use.

The neighborhood is a quiet family area with single family homes. Beaches are only 8 minutes away. Starbucks and all stores are close by. 1.5 hrs to Orlando Disneyland. The Southwest Recreation Complex and Pool is just 2 short blocks away.

Great for the budget
Cute house and quiet location. The guest beds aren’t the best and super low to the ground we had to stack the mattress from the 2 guest rooms for more comfort/ height. The WiFi wasn’t working when we arrived despite following the instructions and the customer service agents sent us the same login until we got in touch with Cydnee, who by the way was awesome in response. they did mention that they are actively keeping up on pest control because we would find dead insects everywhere. Overall really affordable for the price.

Great little house
This property was great! We have 5 adults and 1 baby and it was just the right size. It's a ranch with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Minutes away from the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. Please note - the 2 queen size beds are very low to the ground. They are probably 18 inches off the floor. I had planned on taking one of the queen beds to let my daughter, her husband, and baby take the king size bed but I recently had hip surgery and there was no way that I could get up and down with the bed that low. Also, when you first drive up to the property the neighborhood looks a little sketchy, but we had no problems out of any neighbors or anyone. It was nice and quiet. The back yard is a little smaller and more run down than the pictures showed, but this house was at a great price so that didn't matter to us that much.

Home away from Home
If you’re looking for a nice place to stay close to beaches and shopping, this is the perfect place! Very quiet neighborhood. We chose to stay here because we have family that live in Clearwater and we didn’t want to overcrowd their house. But we also wanted to be close enough to go and visit. This house has all the amenities that you would at home. A huge plus was having the washer and dryer! Especially after beach days! The kitchen had everything you needed if not more! We couldn’t get the TV to work but that wasn’t a big deal at all! Most days we were out and about until late so there was no time for tv! All in all, if you want a really nice place to stay in a nice quiet neighborhood not far from the beaches and shopping, pick this one!

We came for a family wedding and were able to visit 5 different beaches, all within ample distance, during our stay. The house is in a great location to do anything you wish.

The house was cute and in a quiet location. Too far from the beach though. The backyard, what there is of one needs sprayed for mosquitos badly. The Keurig coffee machine needs to be decalcified, it only gave me a 1/2 mug when I pressed the medium size cup. I also couldn't get any channels on the tv, cable would be much easier to use for those who have never had roku.

This property was in a perfect quiet spot for a girls get away trip. It’s located close to anything you would need, especially the beach! The property has everything you would need during your stay along with a binder of information about the area. Would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed for January and February. Really enjoyed the location. The house was furnished just as advertised. Really clean and everything worked well. Had one small issue where we reached out to host. Overall good experience. A bit of a chemical smell in the main bedroom they we had to open windows and fan out but cleared up within a day. It could be cleaning products used. Was a perfect space for my family.

We went to Clearwater for Softball Nationals and stayed in this house. It was close enough to the fields, but far enough to keep us away from the hustle and bustle of the beach traffic and tourists. I would stay here again and again!!

Our stay for the most part was ok. We had a few issues. Went to get into bed & huge roaches were under the pillows & the covers of the bed. They were in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Messaged the owners & they told us to go buy some bug spray or look in the garage for some…..Dropped a spoon beside the stove & pulled it out & it was nasty back there. Other than this, the house was cozy. It did not have adequate seating for everyone & only 1 tv for the whole place but we made do & still enjoyed our stay. It was in a great area, the home is a nice home, and lots of kids in the neighborhood for other kids to play with. We enjoyed the beaches for sure!

Good location
The house is in a great location to access many things in the Largo area. The neighbours are lovely and pretty well all greet you. The kitchen is very well equipped and so is the house. It is a little tired and we had a couple of things that didn’t work but they sent a repairman to fix them. The pool is a community pool that you have to pay to get in and it is not always available because it is used for meets etc.

Had various plumbing issues- stopped up sink, toilet wouldn't flush, hot water stopped working. All were fixed within 24 hours but we were made to feel like it was our fault that these things happened. Two beds were uncomfortable Ikea beds which were very low and hard for seniors to get out of. Dark hairs on sheets- insisted they had just been changed. Kitchen was good and stocked with spices and flour and sugar. Overall the maintenance was not great. It was close to the park, beach and good restaurants and stores.

Largo home for a week
The listing is accurate and complete. The house is well appointed with plenty of room. We found everything we needed or wanted at the home. The home is close enough to everything to get where-ever you want to go in less than 30 minutes or so . Loved it. If we're in this area again, we will look for this rental again! Loved it.

Great Florida Retreat
We have just finished a month stay at this property. It was wonderful and felt like a home away from home. They house is fully appointed with everything you need to be cozy and relaxed. The neighbours are all very friendly and helpful. The location is close to everything Indian Rocks Beaches, Clearwater, McGough Park, the Southwest Rec Centre (pool and more), playgrounds lots of shopping and more! Our favourite beach in the area is Sand Key. Oh... and the BEST BBQ is C&Js just a few minutes away on Ulmerton!!!! You definitely need car at this house but its worth it for the quiet and space. And Ubers and Lyfts are inexpensive to get you around too! The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive. But we really had no issues. We look forward to coming back!

Great location to everything
We stayed for a week and enjoyed this rental. Almost a whole ten minute drive to the beaches and to family in the area. Only complaints we would have are not sure what or how to access wifi and the TV/Cable could use some upgrades. Now we didn't come here for those things and I didn't bother to contact the management. Even with that Great time and would definitely book this again!
