It wasn't what I remember from years ago. My check-in agent (wish I remembered his name) was wonderful and patient. I tried to use the check-in kiosks for my two rooms and none of them worked. The rooms were clean and but missing some amenities. Thallways to the rooms needed serious updating. The cost was dirt cheap especially for being on the strip but the experience was consistent with the price unfortunately

Paris is a dated hotel. Spaces are very crowded. Rooms are dated. We didnt have water on our floor for 4 hours one day. They said notices were sent out, but we didn't receive one. Staff didn't think it was a big deal. Will not stay here again. Many more places to stay.

I recently stayed at Paris Las Vegas and was disappointed with the check-in experience. Upon arrival, I was given a broken key card for my room. This caused an unnecessary delay and inconvenience, as I had to return to the front desk to get a replacement. While the issue was eventually resolved, I would have expected better quality control from a hotel of this caliber. The rest of the stay was fine, but this initial hiccup left a sour impression.

The carpet in the room was filthy, when we pulled the sheets on the bed back there were candy wrappers in the bed. We stayed 2 nights but the maid service never came in the room.
