LOCATION:
Located in a small subdivision very recent, very quiet, removed from the noise of summer activities, built on the edge of a pine forest on the edge of the towns of Latour Bas Elne and Saint Cyprien, close to all shops, 5 minutes from the beaches of sand Saint-Cyprien, 15 minutes from Perpignan and Collioure and 20 minutes from the Spanish border, the villa "des Bougains" is located in a varied geographical environment, the Mediterranean coast in Corbières with visual on the first foothills of Pyrenees, Albères to Mount Canigou.
The house, with a surface of 106 m², is a new construction on 2 sides. It is equipped, on 2 levels, to receive from 6 to 8 people. It has 4 rooms (living room and 3 bedrooms), 1 mezzanine (office), 3 bathrooms (1 per room), 2 WC (1 on each level), 4 terraces (1 per room). All rooms are equipped with large windows.

Perfect Villa in a Perfect Location
Modern well equiped villa with welcoming host and rental agency. The property is perfectly situated close to St Cyprien Plage and with supermarkets nearby. We would highly recommend for an excellent stay, this being our second visit and we hope to return next year.

Wonderful Holiday Home
We spent two weeks at this property at the beginning of July. The villa is ideally located being close to St Cyprien and all local amenities, with two supermarkets within walking distance. The property is very well maintained, with all necessary inventory items provided, and a number of additional unexpected items that proved to be very useful. The pool was very welcome, particularly in the warm weather that we experienced during our stay. The choice of external seating areas allowed us to sit in the shade at all times of the day. The agency that oversaw our visit, from welcoming us at our arrival, to assisting with an initial issue that we encountered, provided an excellent service. In particular we would like to thank Christine for her help and support. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to use it again in the future.

Maison dans lotissement calme, très bien agencé, super bien équipé, piscine très bien exposé avec le soleil du matin jusque 17 heures, terrasse impeccable. Nous avons très fortement apprécié cette location, autant à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, où rien ne manque.

Super bien équipée
Cette maison mitoyenne est parfaitement équipée pour un séjour dans cette région. Trois chambres avec chacune une salle d'eau, deux toilettes, quatre terrasses et la climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Une petite piscine complète les équipements. Une chouette adresse accessible au famille avec chien. Parfait.

Komfortables Haus in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus ist sehr gut mit allem, was man im Urlaub benötigt, ausgestattet. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen für eine Woche da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vorteilhaft für unseren Hund war auch, dass der kleine Garten komplett eingezäunt war. Außerdem waren direkt hinter dem Haus Hundespaziergänge in einem kleinen Pinienwäldchen möglich. Das Dorf Saint Cyprien war schnell zu Fuss zu erreichen. Dort gab es einige Restaurants und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Als Ausflugsziel lohnt sich besonders Collioure, aber auch Perpignan ist sehenswert. Nicht zu vergessen die wunderschönen weitläufigen Strände an dieser Küste. Sehr schön ist auch der Küstenwanderweg zwischen Colliour und Argelès-sur-Mer. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur vor Ort war auch sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank an Christine für die Nachsendung einer von uns im Schrank vergessenen Jacke. Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Agréable séjour
La maison est bien située si on recherche le calme, et à quelques minutes en voiture des supermarchés. Idéal pour prendre la route d’Argeles et de Collioure. Nous avons également apprécié le fait d’avoir la climatisation et chacun sa salle de bain. Certains équipements sont de belle qualité, notamment dans la cuisine.

Agréable villa très bien conçue
Nous avons séjourné dans cette belle maison moderne très bien agencée, tout a été pensé pour le confort de ses hôtes. Les matériaux sont de qualité. La piscine récente est un vrai plus! Les chambres disposent de leur salle de bain privative. C’est une maison où l’on se sent bien, nos vacances furent réussies…la semaine fut trop courte! Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir. Très beau logement
Cette maison manifestement très récente, voire neuve, est extrêmement fonctionnellement et très haut de gamme (douches à l’italienne dans toutes les chambres, climatisation, volets roulants motirisés etc…). De plus, bien qu’étant mitoyenne, elle bénéficie d’un calme absolu et donne sur une pinède, ce qui permet des repas dans un environnement de qualité. Elle est très bien située, très près de commerces de toutes sortes, de la mer et des Pyrénées. Enfin, dernier point et non des moindres, le personnel de l’agence qui gère le bien est adorable et se met en 4 pour vous. Bref, nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances!

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Sehr komfortables, modern eingerichtetes und gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (verschiedene Supermärkte) in der Nähe (einer sogar selbst zu Fuß schnell erreichbar). Wir waren an 2 Stränden (4 km / 8 Minuten und 5 km / 15 Minuten) , die mit dem Auto ebenfalls schnell und gut zu erreichen waren. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall erforderlich - insbesondere, wenn man die schöne Umgebung erkunden möchte. Hier gibt's einiges zu sehen und zu entdecken. Unser Ausflug nach Collioure hat uns besondere gut gefallen. Über die nahegelegene Grenze nach Spanien haben wir uns wegen Corona-Pandemie allerdings nicht "getraut". Netter und schneller Kontakt zum Eigentümer, der stets erreichbar war. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir besimmt nochmal wieder kommen. Wir haben uns prima erholt. Vielen Dank !

AGREABLE SEJOUR EN PAYS CATALAN
agréable villa neuve située dans un lotissement calme-intérieur très propre -ne manque rien -tout est parfait pour cuisiner -on est comme à la maison ! climatisation centrale très appréciable - voiture indispensable car un peu loin des commerçants. Problème d'ouverture d'une porte fenêtre donnant sur une terrasse mais le propriétaire envisage la réparation rapidement -Nous avons passé une bon séjour et vous recommandons cette location pour les personnes recherchant le calme-

SUPERS VACANCES !
TB : propreté, calme, confort, équipement moderne, agréable, chaque chambre a sa salle de bain etc...accueillies par le "gérant" qui est formidable, à l'écoute et disponible ! Tout a tété parfait. La plage n'est pas très loin et le quartier est très calme. Nous y reviendrons certainement.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances chez la location et nous n'avons aucune suggestion d'amélioration, car tout était parfait. La maison est très bien meublée et tout est là, ce dont vous avez besoin. Sur le site est une très bonne infrastructure et la mer avec une belle plage n'est pas loin. On peut faire des excursions formidables et randonner dans les Pyrénées. Merci également à Jean-Claude offrent un service exceptionnel et qui s’est très bien occupé de nous. Nous aimons revenir!
