I'd stay here again!
The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is there are no towel hangers in the bathroom. We like to be eco friendly and re-use towels if we can but no hangers made it hard to dry them out. The rest of the stay was spot on! Room was comfy, water pressure and hot water were great, A/C unit worked great, and the room smelled fresh. Hotel is easy access to a lot of places.

The air conditioner could not keep up so it was hot in the room all evening and the unit was incredibly loud so it made it hard to sleep. The shower had very weak water pressure.

We have never asked to switch rooms before, but it took three tries to get a room that was functional. The first room had a leaky toilet, non functioning bedside lamps, and drapes falling down, the second room's door lock didn't work and we couldn't get in, the third room had a toilet that ran continuously, but we stayed anyway since we couldn't hear it with the bathroom door closed. Once we found a room we could use, we found it clean, the bed comfortable, and the room quiet. The receptionist was kind and apologetic about our experience and was quick to help us resolve the situation. If maintenance were attended to, this would be a good place to stay.

Stayed a few times and like the location. It's surrounded by plenty of food and shopping and easy to access. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

We had an overnight stay on our way home from vaca and this was a great spot! Nice and clean, quiet and close to the mall. Rooms were spacious, comfy and clean. My only. Complaint is that they aren’t very well equipped for today’s technology to be plugged in. But thats about it! We would definitely stay again!

Terrible Stay and Experience
The room was mostly clean. The bed was worse than sleeping on a pile of bricks. They shut the water off mid-day and told no one while it was off for several hours. The 3rd floor hallway had no air conditioning and smelt of marijuana. It overall was just a bad experience and I will not return. The price of the rooms does not reflect what they think they’re offering. When brought up with management they told me “did we not resolve everything?”

Ended up leaving at about 11pm because they put me in a room with an adjoining door. The people on the other side had kids and they were not quiet at all. Packed up and drove 4 hours home. Wasted money for sure.

Don’t stay here!
It was the worst hotel i ever been to. They had roaches that were clearly visible. They suggested we take a room on the second floor like roaches don’t climb. Staff was rude!

Facilities are in poor condition. Air conditioner cover broken and hanging loose. Tub spout and faucet unattached and rattling loose in wall, half of the hot water runs out tub faucet straight down drain. Shower clogged and nozzles spray every which way. Worst, someone had left soap or something slick on threshold to room, fell and injured shoulder. The breakfast area was clean and well serviced. Staff was friendly.
