Enjoyed Our Stay at Sana Reno - Not Parking Garage
Our stay at Sana Reno Hotel was nice & quite comfortable overall. The service is good, the rooms are nice & clean & comfortable, and the air conditioning works just fine. The breakfast was also very good with a wide variety to choose from to make for a good start to your day. The hotel is conveniently located on a quiet street in what appears to be a good, safe & very walkable location. It is convenient to the airport. Our only complaint has to do with their parking garage that is really only good for micro-mini type vehicles. The lady at the reception desk did warn us that it was "tight," but I think I would have described it as almost impossible to get into. We drove our very small Toyota rental car into the garage the first night & it was a very stressful nightmare. We weren't sure if we would be able to get it back out. Drove around & around to find parking on the street after the first night because we vowed to never drive back down into the sardine can. If you know the Austin Powers movies, google "Austin Powers gets stuck for one hour." It was like that. Not kidding.

Very nice and friendly Hotel. Good breakfast, and the swimming pool on the roof top was great to have after a long day walk in Lisboa. Easy to commute with the nearby underground.

All the people at the reception were excellent and welcoming. A special thanks goes out to the manager, Mariana, who was extremely helpful during our stay. The breakfast had a lot of variety, especially different types of VERY fresh bread, and the fruit was simply divine--- fresh and tasty. Also, we found their beds very comfortable. As far as the location, you could not ask for a better location. We highly recommend this little treasure of a hotel. Actually, we all thought this hotel deserved four stars.

Perfect.
Great location, right beside subway for airport. Excellent breakfast, very friendly and attentive staff, particularly the waiters. Nice pool area. Woukd happily stay again.

A very nice hotel in a residential neighborhood with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store right on the same block. Perfect for relaxing after a day of sight seeing. And it it easy to get anyway - the ladt stop of the red line is right outside the door - so very easy access to and from the airport and also to any other metro lines. Buses in the area, too. Delicious breakfast, and a nice rooftop pool. Highly reccimend.

Excellent hotel.
The location next to the metro allowed quick, easy travel to the city centre and main areas. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean. The swimming pool and terrace on the rooftop provided a relaxing end to a busy day and rested our tired legs. Fully recommend this place.

Plenty of improvement opportunities around facilities: our bathroom and shower were a bit flawed. Also the window frame was likely a bit loose as it was noisy over night despite closed window. Overall, considering the price we've paid, our expectations were not fully met.
