Beautiful hotel with terrific staff. LOVED MY ROOM. Disappointed I had no access to the rooftop pool when I checked in due to a wedding. I was not informed of the absence of this amenity until I took the elevator to the roof. If you don't care about the pool - you will LOVE this hotel!

Was so excited to stay here as we heard great things and it is right in front of the beach. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations or the money spent. The room was very dirty, visible stains on the carpet, sheets and even hair on the shower walls. Great for the location but felt we needed to immediately shower after we left.

Double check your bill and manage expectations
We come here for a girls’ trip every summer. Last time we were here, I was double charged for the resort fee. Another time, there were squatters being evicted from the room next to our leaving piles of trash in the hallway. This time, we found random restaurant fees added to our room. I went to the front desk at 3:55pm to show them our restaurant receipts and ask for a refund for the overcharge. They said they I had to work it out with the restaurant. I headed upstairs to the restaurant. Everything seemed fine, waited for a while, then went to check what was going on. They wouldn’t issue a refund until they “investigated the extra receipts” they found. I mentioned that my friend who I was traveling with is disabled and couldn’t comfortably wait around for long. I asked if we could move it along. Nothing happened. We finally got a refund at 4:28pm. My friend complained that we had to wait around for half an hour. She was told “you didn’t wait for half an hour” instead of “sorry we made a mistake then treated you like you might be lying.” I have time stamped texts, but also, weird move for customer service. Basically, stay here for the location and the fact that it’s handicap accessible and the only hotel on the boardwalk. Don’t expect 4 star accommodations. The bar tender was lovely and the housekeeping staff and beach hut staff were very nice. Unfortunately, after several years of “meh it’s the only hotel option” we’ll be looking into vacation rentals for next year.

We loved its being right on the boardwalk and beach, and it was very clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. One minor thing is that it would be nice to have wastebaskets in both the bathroom and bedroom We appreciated having the coffee maker and refrigerator.

Rooms air conditioner wasn’t working the room had a horrible smell the bathroom ceiling near the tub had mold wish I took the picture but I was just over it I left and checked out early couldn’t stay there any longer 6:00 am checked out need to work on better staffs I wish I never laid to stay here and i never really have problems with the bookings

The room given was renovated with platform beds. The problem is the matress is short about 4 inches. Not sure if this was the interior design intention /for style purposes- but it’s poorly done. As a result of this visible gap /ledge I banged my chin numerous times. To which I had to put a chair on the more bed prominent corner to avoid inadvertently bumping into this sharp corner (bruised shin). Informed the front desk team of my concern with this problem. It was comparable to talking to a robot. Very disappointing 👎

We loved the super friendly staff - everyone from the doorman to the front desk and the young lady who gave us our beach passes and chairs were all friendly and welcoming. The location, of course, couldn't be better as the hotel is located on the boardwalk. The room and bathroom both a refresh/redesign - they are looking run down and outdated although clean and the bed comfortable. For us, the restaurant was much too expensive for both dinner and breakfast. When at the beach, a more casual and less expensive option would be more appealing - especially with so few restaurant on the boardwalk.
