Be one block to the beach and two blocks to Abbot Kinney Blvd! Enjoy a cute cottage for 1 to 4 people, comes with 2 bikes so you don't have to drive! All hotspots of Venice are at walking distance: boardwalk, canals, Main St... It's easy and free to park on the street. Santa Monica Pier is a short drive away. All surfaces are professionally cleaned and disinfected.
It's a charming beach house, clean and perfectly furnished. There is only one floor, so it's easy to access. There are a few steps to reach the entrance from the street.
The unit is 600 square feet and has a laminate flooring. It has one bedroom with a queen-size bed which sleeps two people comfortably. In the living room, a sofa pulls out to convert to a queen-sized bed. The kitchen separates the living room and the bedroom, there is a separation door between the kitchen and the bedroom.
One bathroom with a shower and a tub, shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer are provided. A fully-equipped kitchen (four burners stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, kettle, microwave, crockery and cutlery for four people, cooking utensils).
In the walk-in closet, you will find an iron, an ironing board and a drying rack. There is also a foldable desk and chair if you want to set up the room as an office. Beach towels are provided.
If you have a car, you can park it on the street 7pm-8am and 10am-3pm (do not overstay or you will be towed) or in one of the public lots on the beach. You can also park for free on the small streets between Pacific Ave and Abbot Kinney Blvd.
The check-in procedure is automated so you don't have to worry about late arrivals or having to wait for us at the property. Just let us know your time of arrival and departure prior (check-in is not before 3pm and check-out is before or at 11am).
There is no AC in the house like in most buildings in Venice. There is always a nice breeze though, as we are so close to the ocean. We provide two portable fans. Please, use the heater only when you are cold and don't forget to turn it off when you step out. Thanks!
The house is on Pacific Ave so it can be noisy because of the traffic. The back of the house is more quiet.
With the invigorating air of the ocean nearby, the Californian lifestyle and the animated restaurants and bars of Venice Beach, you really feel like being on vacation all year round here...
