This villa is spacious and well decorated. It sleeps 10 persons in comfort.
It has free broadband Wi-Fi, TV with British (BBC, ITV, etc…) and Portuguese channels, all the bedrooms have air conditioning.
There are 5 bedrooms in total, all with air conditioning. 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 3 on the ground floor. The configuration is as follow:
1st floor - 1 bedroom with a double bed
1st floor – 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
Ground floor – 1 bedroom with a double bed
Ground floor – 1 bedroom with a double bed
Ground floor – 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
These bedrooms share 3 bathrooms in total. 1 in the 1st floor and 2 in the ground floor.
The villa has a spacious and pleasant exterior with grass all around the plot and a pool of approximately 9 meters in length and 4 meters wide, the deepest zone has 1.80 meters deep and near the steps it has 0.80 meters. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline.
Next to the pool, the 10 sun loungers provide the ideal conditions for a well deserved rest. Still outside, a large dining space, prepared for 10 people allows great family moments.
The outdoor furniture enhances the space and allows you, perfect leisure moments.
Outside, near the dining table, there´s a charcoal BBQ that our guests can use to prepare their pleasant and healthy al-fresco meals.
On the spacious terrace on the first floor, some outdoor furniture allows you to enjoy the magnificent view and appreciate the sunsets.
There are 3 private parking spaces, one of them is covered.
Nearby, just 1 km away our guests can shop at the local supermarket. Also at 1 Km its Oceanico Old Course Clubhouse and 5 km away there’s the Vilamoura Marina.

Excellent
Overall very good - we would come here again - wowchauffer was also excellent - recommend expanding the house folder to include more family restaurants and local places of interest
The clothes iron leaked water and was not able to use as steamer
Photographs of the swimming pool showed towels on the pool chairs but there were no pool towels
Again - excellent experience the whole family enjoyed

Muito boa
A casa está muito bem equipada, muito bem localizada, bastante espaçosa mas em termos de limpeza poderá melhorar. A piscina não estava limpa e para o preço da casa deveriam mudar lençóis e toalhas a meio da semana.
Pouca luz nas zonas comuns e exterior.
Congelador insuficiente para a dimensão da casa.

This house is basic, no charm, not very comfortable
Positive points: Large house, Nice garden and pool area.
Negative points: the furnitures and decorations are minimalists. Voices echo in the house.
The house is not cosy, it is cold, you don't feel on ease. At night the lights are really insufficient.
It smells strongly moistures in the 3 bedrooms of the ground floor and in the 2 bathrooms. It misses ventilations.
When you arrive there is nothing in the kitchen, not an ounce of salt, peper, coffee, paper towel etc...
It is a basic house, only for holidays rental.
