The person on the front desk when we arrived was very rude and our baggage we had to look for because he did not tell us if it had arrived or anything. The rest of the staff was amazing. We were on the 6th floor which was very loud.

Located very close to the wall, and old city, however, the blocks around this hotel are not very clean or friendly, maybe because is located too close to the bus station. Parking on the garage is very difficult and limited.

We were very impressed with this hotel, staff very courteous and Covid precautions in place. Breakfast was very good with a great cafe con leche. Was right by the wall with in walking distance of everything. Highly recommend.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was a bit lacking and quite expensive for what you get but there are plenty of options in town. Location is brilliant right next to the bus station and less than 5 minute walk to historical part of town. Room was small but clean and modern.

Very near the bus station and ten minute walk to the train. Only a block from the old Roman Wall. Hotel was more than adequate. The front desk staff was especially helpful. Only issue I had was connecting to internet.

Great location
Beautiful floor to ceiling windows, but they made the room hot and it took forever to cool down. Otherwise a great, convenient hotel right near the bus station and the historic district.
