The hotel lobby and facilities were beautiful. However, our room was in poor condition. It had a flood damage in the bathroom, dirt and grim on the walls, uncomfortable bed. Our air conditioner didn't work and had to call maintinence. They said it was fixed but it wasn't. We called again the next day and they wanted us to switch rooms and switch back once it was fixed. Not relaxing or worry free.

The price was fair. Lack of coffee pot in room. Toilet distance from wall almost made impossible to sit down. No fan in bathroom. Room felt humid. Furniture seemed old, ie., damaged. All that aside the staff was excellent, rooftop fun and location very nice.

This stay was really wonderful! I would definitely come back again, we had a nice room with a beautiful view of Lincoln center and the staff was very accommodating. The location is perfect, close to everything and easy to walk around. The only thing I missed was having a bathtub! Next time, I will request a floor with one.

Ok value mid priced hotel. Room and bathroom not as big or as classy as looked in the photos, however oercyly adequate for a city stay. Easy access to the subway for exploring the city and close to Central Park. The pool is a plunge pool so not very big and there’s limited sun loungers. Good food served in the roof top bar. Would stay here again.

Everything was great. This was our second time at the property. My only suggestion is get more small wash towels for the bathroom. On both visits those small face towels were hard to come by.

I had a terrible stay at this hotel. The room smelled worse than a dump, and it was so bad that I felt sick from the moisture or possibly even carbon monoxide. The conditions were absolutely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay!

After being a New Yorker for a long time and staying in a hotel that I got a great deal on I never expected it to be as wonderful as it was the fact that they have a pool is so fabulous. They also have a separate bar that is not theirs , but there’s an elevator in their lobby to this rooftop bar restaurant it’s beautiful I have nothing but great things to say about this place.and especially the fact that they really helped me with my room. I had some special needs and they accommodated me I really love the girl who checked me in. She was incredible and so sweet anyway, it’s five stars and a triple yes
