The refrigerator was not good. It was rickety and it had no lighting inside. It was hard to tell which was the freezer or the refrigerator. Some of my refrigerator items froze in the area that I thought was part of the refrigerator. Also there were loud people who felt they needed to talk very loud and not have respect for those who are sleeping or needed quiet. Also some arguing and fighting that was scary!

Horrible experience. Neighbor was loud. Intimacy was heard, and then a dispute between partners. Continued and after a warning from the office, it escalated. Shoes were thrown out the door and there was much hollering and crying. Some authority finally got the situation under control. Office did not immediately move us. Breakfast area was crowded and not easy to maneuver around.

The people in the room next to us were very loud. Between the fighting and yelling we were not able to sleep during our second nights stay. After speaking to the front desk staff at check out they did very little to address our concerns.

No safe in rooms and bed was not made on a daily basics. I know we were only there for 3 days. No clearn towel. the fact that there was dogs in the hotel. No shower Gel in bath rooms. The shower leek because the shower curtains did not fit property. Breakfast was poor. Disposable cup and plate ans cutlery. Complaint about the bathroom getting wet we had to used the towels to soak the water. But no one check it out. My husband cut himself on one of the bedside table. because there was not enough room to move around the beds. the bed was too close to the AC. Told them at the reception nothing was said or done. Would not recommend it at all.

Every thing was good about stay, just a little issue with bathroom sink not draining, so looked under sink found the drain arm was not connected all the way tighten then worked ok. Nice comfortable beds and the staff was friendly.

We came to go to the Big E, like we do every year. We had 2 rooms and had an enjoyable night Friday at the pool, arcade and the. Est bartender services. Kim? Did great and very attentive to us.. aiesha ? Front deck made check in smooth and quick ! Sorry not the best at names We will be back
