Very musty....Carpets filty all over, hallways and rooms. Needs a complete makeover. Bathtub was concave and small with small shower head. Not a comfortable atmosphere. Had no choice at the time of night that I checked in and was traveling with a pet...Limited choice. Inn was in the back of another building while dodging potholes in the parking lot. Best ...was the reception staff!!

Room was very dirty. Unclean bedding. Holes in walls. Sink was cracked. Tub was sinking. Floor was dirty and sticky. The safe in our room was broken. 3 people in our room and they gave us 1 towel. Then was very rude when we asked for more. Pillows were non existent. No drain in the sink. Blood on the bed, bedding and walls.

King Room was clean and spacious. The room showed wear, but was comfortable. Until sunset we were gloriously serenaded by bagpipes and drums practicing for the competitions tomorrow.

The staff seemed unable to handle check in efficiently. Our room is not clean and everything is beat up. The road in is all pockmarked. No Kleenex or luggage racks. I’m using the ironing board. I guess you get what you pay for

We were in town for the Stones concert at Cleveland Browns Stadium and this place was relatively cheap. You definitely get what you pay for. Hair on the sheets and all over the bathroom, especially along the edges of the tub and in the corners. Mold on the ceiling of both the room and bathroom. We actually didn’t see any roaches or other bugs, which was an unexpected but pleasant surprise. The hotel itself is old and has seen better days but the staff was friendly and helpful, so there’s that. Wouldn’t stay again if I could help it.

I had stayed in an unnamed hotel the day before I checked into Red Roof Inn. For the same price, your hotel was newer, larger, cleaner, larger room, with a brighter atmosphere. The staff was also nicer and very helpful. OK...I'll name the other hotel : Super 8

Meh!
The hotel was clustered with a few others nearby the airport. You will see sketchy faces in the parking lot, they should do a better job with security walking around; but we didn’t see a single guard onsite. The staff was friendly! They get 5 stars; but the hotel itself only 1. Linens were dirty and soiled as well as the mattress. While they did switched us rooms, the beds were worn out and uncomfortable. This place is unfortunately run down and in need of repairs. Red Roof Inn used to be an upgrade from motel 6 and 8; definitely not what it used to be. However- I do give kudos to the pm front desk staff. They are friendly and understanding.
