Great central location right next to Garibaldi Station, the main train station of Naples. The hosts were very hospitable and communication on WhatsApp was smooth. The free breakfast delivered to your room was a lovely bonus with a hot croissant and coffee of your choice. Will be coming here to stay again in a couple of weeks.

Practical, affordable, safe option for your time in Naples. The host was available in person or on WhatsApp. Breakfast was delicious. All my questions were answered without issue. In this area, more locals hang out so if you are ok with being 10 minutes away from the hustle and bustle, this is a good option. By staying at this location, I got to try out some restaurants that were more for locals and less for tourists.

Massimiliano was a great host. Super friendly and welcoming. Upon arriving he gave us recommendations on where to visit in Naples, and places to eat. All of the recommendations were fantastic. He also kept us informed of travel options for our plans each day. We were even upgraded to a nicer room for no extra cost. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Naples.

This is a Good B&B, if you are looking for A quick stay near the station. The area is not the best however, the property itself once you enter the building is fine. It’s a good room with light and acute breakfast. It’s clean, neat and comfortable. The staff is great as well and very helpful with details and professionalism. I will stay there again if I had to spend a couple of days in Naples as it is right across the central station where you can take trains to Pompeii or metro in the city.

Except for the area surrounding the facility (which I already expected because it’s right across the central train station), I’m giving it an overall 5 stars because of its convenience and proximity to the station. The bonuses are the friendliness of our bed and breakfast hosts, and the ease in communicating with them.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very knowledgeable and friendly host that was waiting for us when we got there and gave good recommendations (food & attractions). Very convenient for train station access. Naples streets themselves feel quite unsafe and dirty.

Very friendly proprietor with excellent English who met us outside and bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. Free elevator to the 4th floor hotel. Wi fu, nice continental breakfast and a very short walk to the central train station. Clean, large roo.. hot water. Climate control. Good restaurant nearby (ask owner for recommendations). Overall a good experience and the staff and owner are very lovely and helpful. It’s a great place to stay at if you don’t go in and out late at night. I don’t care what people say about Naples but it is not a safe place in late evenings. We were literally stalked by one of the dodgy characters that plague the Napoli Centrale when we first arrived. However, it does feel super safe once we got into the building’s gated courtyard.

The absolute best service you’ll ever get at a hotel or BNB. If you’re visiting Napoli and want the best care, stay here. Also the location is more than ideal being at the train station. We’ve visited twice and both times were exceptional.

Loved!
We LOVED staying here, and would definitely return. We’ve been full time travelling for a while and this was our favorite stay in Italy. For context, we are a small family with a baby. I think the thing that makes it are the owners! Super helpful, they gave a great orientation, local recommendations, and truly took the time to ensure our stay was comfortable. Thank you Massimo and Maria for a great stay!

The host was very responsive and informative to our needs. The property/room was incredibly clean and very comfortable. The only downside is the location and population that lives on the streets.
