The townhome is modern and new. Very clean. All rooms are great with plenty of bathrooms. Very cool architecturally! But the townhome was on a very loud busy street. The windows are thin so you can hear the traffic and sirens and garbage trucks, especially from the primary bedroom It’s definitely a short term rental type complex with lots of people coming and going - overflowing garbage cans outside and beer cans on the ground. The bedding was cheap. The sheets were thin polyester with no mattress pads or pillow protectors, so it felt like an austere dorm room. Pillows were tiny, low quality. TVs only had YouTube TV. And the most frustrating part is the property management company doesn’t give the garage code to renters, so you need to pull up in the back alley, illegally park and block other traffic, then get out of your car to run around to the front of the complex to let yourself into the front door and then run downstairs to open the garage from the inside. Same drill for departure. It made the garage almost unusable. A few of these items are easily fixable (garage access and bad bedding) so I hope those necessary upgrades happen for the future.

Very spacious property with bedrooms on 3 floors giving plenty of room to spread out. Garage parking was a plus. Home is a quick Uber or taxi ride into downtown. The Gulch has many bars, restaurants, and shopping as well. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This property is beautifully decorated, sleeps 12 comfortably, and functions so well. The location is excellent within minutes of the trendiest restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping areas. We had an excellent celebration of my daughter’s upcoming wedding with her bridal party! What great memories we made in this lovely place!

Beautiful property, close to downtown!
This townhome was absolutely perfect for our girl’s weekend! The space is gorgeous and we had enough room for 11 girls to be extremely comfortable. Another plus was the short Uber ride to downtown. It took maybe 5-7 minutes to get to Broadway. I would highly recommend this property for your next trip to Nashville!

This property is just as advertised . Beautiful, clean, lots of space. Very close to downtown Nashville. Hosts were very accommodating . We had a wonderful stay. Definitely would recommend.
