ONE MILE FROM DOWNTOWN BROADWAY! Situated between beautiful Germantown and Downtown Nashville, this lovely 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath condo is an inexpensive ride-share from Nashville best attractions. The condo is minutes from Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Amphitheater, and The Ryman Auditorium. This is truly a prime location for the Nashville experience.

The Space:
- The Charlesville is located 1 mile from Downtown Lower Broadway, and 9.5 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA).
- The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has 1 queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
- The kitchen is fully outfitted with stove and oven, microwave, regular coffee pot & toaster. We do not provide pantry items or coffee.
- There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
- Each unit includes one free parking space in our parking garage.
- There is a nearby active commercial rail line with noise abatement regulations in place.

One parking spot is permitted per rental in the parking garage. Parking passes are provided upon arrival. Only one permit will be provided, there are no additional spots, and there are no exceptions. Please plan accordingly. An elevator is on site and two stairwells are accessible. An elevator code, and a keyless door entry code will be provided to you 2 days prior to arrival.

Weekend getaway
We took both our 23 year old kids and their significant others for a long getaway weekend to Nashville. The six of us had a blast and it was great quality time with our oldest kids. We loved the location and condo until the morning we went to pack up to leave and found our drivers side window was smashed, as were all the other cars underneath. We contacted the property via email as we were unable to vacate the property with nowhere to put our luggage, etc until the glass was cleaned and had cleaning people bang on the door and tell us we needed to get out. We ended up having to drag all our stuff downstairs and leave it on the floor while we waited for my husband to return with the vehicle. It would have been nice to have a little more compassion in a difficult situation.

Overall the condo is nice, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It fit our needs well. A few notes though. If downtown includes Broadway bars then it would be a hell of a walk for us old folks but a quick Uber ride got us there and the people who mentioned the train aren’t lying. Every few hours all night long. Finally the parking is really only good for compact cars. Garage was VERY tight for our SUV. Overall good stay, I would stay again.

Very clean rental and an easy walk to Broadway. Very comfortable bed and ample space in the unit. The only negative was that the train track is beside of this building and trains run very early in the morning.

This property is as advertised. It served our purpose and is walking distance to Broadway. The train noise is definitely an issue. Pack some earplugs.

The location to everything was not bad but the train noise was a bit of a problem for me! I’m a light sleeper so I heard the trains after midnight. But if you have enough alcohol to drink you probably won’t hear them!

The property was perfect for exploring Nashville. The two bedroom-two bath was a perfect size for four adults. Easy access and dedicated parking. The property itself was great, but if you're a light sleeper, the railroad tracks are next to the property and it's noticeable without earplugs.

I hear the train a coming!
Property was clean, roomy and comfortable with plenty of space for our group. Only a 7 short block walk down to Broadway and all it had to offer. Unfortunately the train, that is 100' from the porch of the condo came by frequently in the early am and even sat directly outside the condo from 2 am- 2 pm, running/revving the entire morning/afternoon. To make matters worse the walls, ceilings and floors allow all noises in including late night party people in 304 who decided to have a 2 am singing contest Friday night. If you decide to try it bring the best earplugs you can find.

Close to Town
This adorable property is very up to date. I rated the cleanliness as ok, it was more like poor, it was rather dusty the bottom of my feet were black and the balcony had spiders and webs on the walls, the balcony floor was very dirty/stained, so sad b/c its a great place to watch the trains go by with a cup of coffee. The closets are very nice and huge, the beds comfortable. The kitchen had just about all you would need except the pans and a lot of dishes wete put away unclean, an easy fix just ran in the dishwasher. Everything we cooked in the pans stuck and had to be soaked to clean. We bought and left a broom, dust pan, dishwasher pods, and needed potholders. I would highly recommend staying here, we had a lovely stay.
