First timer, very pleased.
A lovely hotel. Good food, great service, clean room, everything worked and was in good condition. The thing i noticed the most was the custodial and maintenance staff working hard to keep the place looking and functioning great. Well done. I look forward to staying there again.

the service at the buffet was terrible and one of the ac of the room was leaking . the door to the bathroom was making noise . i thought the water was complimentary so i ask the housekeeper for some bottles and it was charged on my bill .

Dining room waiter, Filipe, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make our dinner special. The front desk staff also went the extra mile to get an electrical adapter when ours wouldn’t fit. Super service!

Someone stole my Apple AirPod from inside my room. Don’t trust the employees. I spoke to the manager and he said “our employees are trained well.” Don’t leave your valauble things inside the room. I’m very frustrated and disappointed with the hotel.
