This vacation rental is located near Sand Valley Gold and just a little over a dozen miles from the heart of downtown Nekoosa for all your shopping, dining, and entertainment needs. It is conveniently close to several parks, lakes, and other popular attractions.

Back at home, stock up your fridge and prepare all your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, and then dine at the adjacent breakfast bar or the large dining table - perfect for family game nights! After meals, choose from two separate living areas, including a sunken and sunlit one on the main level with a high ceiling, lake view, and plenty of plush seating, as well as a lower-level room with additional seating. (The fireplaces are not operational.) If you're craving a little friendly competition, head out into the garage and go head-to-head at the pool table/Ping-Pong table.

The kids can run and play outdoors in the large yard, while you'll also enjoy immediate water access with your private beach and seasonal dock.

Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and a large selection of board games.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
