Great short stay!
Great stay in a clean, comfortable, well proportioned large double room, with good facilities, and friendly staff. The included buffet breakfast was also good. We stayed here as it was perfectly located for ABBA Voyage, which was a comfortable 15 minute walk away.

Well placed hotel but noisy room
Good placed hotel for ABBA Voyage. Bed comfy, room clean, staff very helpful, breakfast included. But the noise coming from what sounded like aircon (but was not) kept us awake most of the night.

All good but hated the flashing smoke alarm in the room...it was very annoying. Other than that fine and perfectly placed for the abba voyage.

Friendly staff
The hotel was easy to find and close to all amenities which is good. The staff are friendly and approachable. The room that we were in was slightly dusty in some areas, found the bed and pillows too hard so did not really get a comfortable nights sleep and our room when having a shower, the water was leaking into the toilet so had to use towels on the floor to prevent a flood.

Location for ABBA Arena excellent... Room perfect for overnight stay, Dove shower accessories... breakfast great but very busy, evening meal perfectly acceptable if you didn't want to venture into Stratford. Staff very attentive.
