Centrally located, convenient for our purposes. Little bit on the older side but certainly clean and comfy. Shower head a water saver so pressure was a bit average, and waiting 5 mintues for hot water to come through not too sure how much water it really saves in the end. Inconsiderate guests talking at normal level in hallway at 5am made you realise zero noise proofing with the doors, but overly happy and would stay there again

Unfortunately, we were woken up around 12h30am by a couple of very drunk people yelling and screaming in the lobby and hallways, and it went on for at least 2 hours. Honestly, it was that bad, that the cops should have been called; but has the front desk is not manned during night time hours, there were no hotel personnel to do the needful. Then the leaf blower went on at close to 6h30am. Unfortunate.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel had everything I hoped for … clean, quiet room, great breakfast in an elegant dining room. I especially enjoyed the Reception Staff … warm, friendly and very helpful. But all the staff were kind and cheerful and ready to assist with any request. The location is perfect, close to restaurants , shopping and the CBD … but still quiet and close to nearby parks and leafy streets. Thanks to all!
