"Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:

We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.

Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.

The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.

To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. Please inform the host in advance if you will use this payment method."

We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours.

Perfect for a short stay ... or longer if you desire.
A brilliant location to explore Canberra. Great restaurants, bars, coffee shops on your door step. Lantern Rooms locate red at your front door.. Les Bistronomes 800 meters away.. two seriously accredited restaurants. Only 1 block back from the lake for walking cycling or the scooter phenomenon.
