Welcome to Hamilton Cottage! This gorgeous home is a short easy 10 minute walk (.5 miles) from Frazier Ave and the Walnut Street walking bridge! Once you cross over the bridge you are in Downtown right by the Aquarium! Hamilton Cottage has 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and sleeps 8 people. The open concept kitchen and living room is the perfect place to gather with family and friends This home offers 2 back decks overlooking the city; one with a grill and and the other a gas fire-pit. This home has high-speed wireless internet throughout and has a huge 60 inch smart TV in the living room. The large master bedroom downstairs also has a smart TV. You can watch movies and TV shows on the apps like Netflix, HBO, Prime, etc where you can log into your own accounts. As of right now this home does not have cable TV. There is room to park 4 vehicles out front of the home! HOME LAYOUT: When entering the home you are met with lots of natural lighting and a large spacious open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area with views of the city from the large windows. The couch in the living room is a sofa bed that folds down into a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all needed plate-ware, drink-ware, cookware and all essentials needed to prepare a meal. There is a Keurig coffee machine with a medium coffee roast provide. Near the stairway is the first bedroom with a queen bed, a spacious bedroom, and a full bathroom that attached. Head downstairs and you'll find two more bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the laundry area. One of the bedrooms has a King bed and large master ensuite bathroom with a beautiful glass tiled shower, double vanity, and walk in closet. There is a door in this bedroom that leads to the downstairs patios where the fire-pit is located. The last bedroom has a Queen bed, large closet, and a full bathroom right down the hall. Weather and Outages!  Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.
